Really nice store with good trade in deals! Grace was so helpful, she brought me like a million pairs to try and helped me find the right style, and then ordered them online for me in the color and style I wanted. I think the price is worth it considering they will hem/tailor your jeans for free, ship them to store for free if they don't have the right size/color, and the girls are so helpful and will pick out styles and colors for you.

I had a very good experience here. The girls who worked there were really kind, asked me if I needed help, and were able to answer all of my questions as well as help me order something. The clothes are also extremely good quality! Will be back :)

Liked their stuff! Don't like their staff! Had to exchange two items today and the sales person, Mackenzie C made it so unpleasant that I do not know if I will ever go in there again! Also, was considering buying a wallet and asked another sales person if it was the piazza wallet, that is on sale, she wrinkled up her face and said "no" when in fact it was! Who needs or wants unpleasantness while spending money?!

Faced racial discrimination every time I visited the store in Ardmore The staff never greeted and never offered assistance. During the time I was in the store I noticed white customers being greeted and offered assistance. I talked to the store manager and her response was that she and her staff did not see me entering the store. I told her that this was not the first time, it happened every single time.

I love this store for the clothes. My go-to for good fit for my athletic shape body. I would give this five stars for the actual brand but I agree with previous reviewers that the staff in the Ardmore store are super unhelpful. Walked around the store for 20 mins grabbing my own clothes, never was asked if I needed a fitting room, never was offered help for finding different sizes. I'm not even sure why they have any staff there at all. They serve absolutely no purpose as far as customer service goes.
