I received an email that the dress that I ordered for pick up at this particular store was ready from an email that I received straight from Lilly. The young lady working there didn't have my order ready. She had to go in the back and hunt it down. Why would a store text me that a dress was ready and it's not? The other employee started showing me a similar dress to buy since she thought it wasn't in the store. 1. My time is valuable and I wouldn't have driven to Ardmore for this nonsense. Number 2. I'm saving Lilly by doing online pick up. I could have had the item sent to my home. The employee didn't apologize but said we were busy this morning. That's no excuse for sending out text That something is ready and it's not! Not sure I even want to open this dress from this dumpy store. No customer service to call and complain.

I had an amazing experience with Kimberleigh at the Ardmore Lilly store. Lilly is my happy place and I would like to thank everyone who works there for bringing the sunshine and making the customers feel cared for and beautiful.

Hello Google Family!! I visited this establishment to push my business, Krystique Personal Fitness LLC and our ministry platform, Fitness After 50. I showed the clothing on Facebook and Instagram. The employees appeared interested and I left my business cards and now they are following me on Instragram. Good experience here today. Good night, Google Family!!!!

This location is the best! Brittany the manager is incredible and helpful. All the ladies who work here go out of there way to make your shopping experience a good one! They have better inventory than most of the other locations.

I love the women that work in this stores location. They are so friendly, cool, and nice! I was able to bring my little Yorkshire terrier in the store. The women helped me find my size and I was able to make a quick purchase. Will definitely be returning soon. Thanks again

Consistently top notch service. You can’t find a more helpful place to shop. They go out of their way to help and take care of you, including ordering items not in their store, getting different sizes to your fitting room, etc.

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. The store emailed me back, and although they didn't have any of the items on my list, I so appreciate them looking for me. I highly recommend going to, calling, or emailing this store for any of your shopping needs, especially during APS! Thanks so much again!

I ordered an array of items to try on for engagement photos. I used to love Lilly but sadly since she passed the entire company from quality to customer service has hit rock bottom and keeps going. Returning the items was the most complicated return I have ever had not to mention having to follow up half a dozen times. 1) You have to "request" a return label. This process takes 1-10 business days. 2) You have to answer 5 questions which if not answered they can refuse or return your items to you to fill out. 3) If your items arrive in 2 separate boxes and one has a gift with purchase you have to wait for both boxes to arrive back for a full return. Should the box with the gift with purchase arrive after the other items they will give you a gift card in the amount of monies. They will not note your order to do a full refund once all items have arrived back no. 4) You have to follow up and play an abhorrent cat and mouse game with them to get a refund they delay responses, refunding money and overall are not helpful. 5) The quality of the dresses is that of what I imagine you would find at Walmart. I have yet to get my money back for items returned NWT and one box returned without being opened at all. I rue the day I thought hey let me try Lilly again maybe they are better. They are a hop skip and jump away from a scam.
