Really really beautiful gym! I’m a member at the life time Mount Laurel and realized I have access to this location. I decided to pay a visit! Great staff! very clean! I honestly really enjoyed meeting new people there! Really friendly people!

The Lifespa is great. Aminah literally has healing hands. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Today, I had a pleasant experience at Lifetime spa getting Brazilian wax with Aminah. She was very friendly and attentive, making the session comfortable and professional. I highly recommend her services and would definitely return for future appointments. Aminah's expertise made the experience truly exceptional. I would suggest trying out Brazilian waxing at Lifetime with Aminah for a virtually painless experience.

Nice spot, a bit smaller and I need to check out the one in King of Prussia. Good sauna and jacuzzi

Truly ridiculous. And if this is how they run their gym, you never have to worry about seeing me again… only my lawyer.
Background: I was a member for years when they first opened. I started my membership at the King of Prussia location. Years later my membership allowed me to also use the Ardmore location. I stopped my membership this past December when my elderly mother was diagnosed with cancer. My schedule and the new price increase just didn’t make sense.
Today, I was hanging outside at the Ardmore location on the green turf. I went inside Lifetime to get my favorite dish (chicken quesadilla) to enjoy outside. That was at 3:00pm when I ordered. My mother who can barely take more than several steps at a time and now has a trach collar in her neck was assisted by my 10 year old daughter to use the bathroom since my mother can’t walk on her own very well. They have a unisex bathroom on the main floor in the back. The two men working at the front desk proceeds to tell my daughter and mother that they don’t have a bathroom and to go across the street. My daughter who has also had a membership prior to this visit knew otherwise and proceeded to tell them her grandmom can’t talk and is handicap and need to use the bathroom as she pointed towards the restroom on the main floor.
When I went in to talk to the men… one responded “I didn’t want to get fired”. In which I said, “you shouldn’t get fired for letting a handicap elderly with a trach in her neck use the restroom”.
This whole situation is disheartening. And if this how you treat elderly or handicap, then it’s DISGUSTING!
I will never eat here again! And I will tell anyone willing to listen why this is a disgusting establishment!

Life Time Ardmore is located conveniently in the middle of Suburban Square. The facilities are clean, and the amount of machines is unmatched to any other gym or fitness center I’ve attended.

I spent three years at lifetime in Ardmore, while I have a small list of poor things to say about the location itself I’d like to shed light on their corporate side.
For starters, the value of the membership at lifetime in Ardmore pales in comparison to the facilities in king of Prussia. Further, most of the time in Ardmore with a smaller gym, you’re unable to utilize the machines to the extent you would like.
Sadly I’ve had to pause my membership due to reasons out of my control. Lifetime was not accommodating to my circumstances in anyway, their corporate membership services is by far the most rude and disrespectful group of people I have come across.
They show a lack of empathy and respect that I believe any longtime customer should receive, not even talking from a human to human level.
It burdens me now to know that I have given this company so much money over the years to simply be treated as a number on their board.
I’d avoid lifetime membership at any cost, there is a brand new equinox opening and their cost of membership now no longer makes sense.

First of all this luxury gym fitness is located in one of my favorite suburban in Ardmore. It's conveniently located to all my favorite stores, despite outrageous membership fee, at this point it is just to say if they keep the way they maintain this place the fees calls for it. The staff and the environment is bright and vibrant and fun. It's almost like a little bubble of a sanctuary place. I almost wish they do have an outdoor pool for summer time but then again it keeps it all less busy and chaotic. My only side complaint is some of the classes that I really love is not available with my schedule. Then weekends it's half day. Also my son loves kids academy. He ask for it everyday. He likes it more than school, the staff there are super friendly and accommodating. One staff in the bathroom found my son necklace and looked for me to return to me,I wouldn't even know till she gave it to me. Hopefully this place keep up to it's standards, staff that values the company's goals and standards. My family and I love this place. Shout-out to Shaheen and Chelsea giving me time to introduce me to barbell and more fitness awareness.

I like this club location better than the one in KOP but if you’re looking for a place that has a reliable (Womens) sauna lifetime isn’t the place for you. It’s frequently “down” where it may only get 110-120 degrees. There must be some sort of chronic issue with it. I’ve had memberships at less expensive clubs and haven’t experienced the sauna not working as frequently as lifetime ardmore and kop.
