This review is long overdue as Jordan represented me in the sale of my Bala Cynwyd home and simultaneous purchase of a new home in lower Merion in 2019. Jordan’s expertise as a realtor is unmatched but what makes him truly exceptional is his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and a happy ending/ closing for all parties. I am writing this recommendation for Jordan Wiener of Compass Real Estate. I recently sold a very special luxury property in Bryn Mawr and selected Jordan after interviewing several top Main Line Realtors. I chose Jordan because he truly listened to my personal situation and understood my expectations in transitioning from my beloved home and the value of the asset. His comprehension of what I wanted to accomplish and how I wanted to sell my house was remarkable. I have sold a few houses in the past, and I know that while the price is important, a smooth and stressless deal is paramount. Jordan was able to help with preparing my home (referring contractors, stagers, cleaners, etc..) to arranging professional photography and listing the home on a very tight timeline. The listing gained incredible exposure through Jordan’s presentation, strategic targeted marketing and social media. Jordan showed that he is an expert negotiator when offers came in. We received multiple (over asking price) offers within a couple of days on the market. His advice on how to respond was very valuable as I was able to pick my closing date and Jordan negotiated the best terms. I have already recommended Jordan to my old neighbors and hope this finds a wider audience for Jordan. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.Way to go Jordan!

Jordan and his team was an exceptional experience for my family and I. Even though we sent one message to him initially when looking at homes from across the country, he called us up and gave us the time and attention to let us know that we had an engaged partner on the other end. Because of Jordan, we were able to fly in for just a couple days and secure our dream home on the Main Line. His help also ensured us getting a mortgage rate locked before the sky high jumps in the summer of 2022. We worked with Jordan to both buy our new home and sell our old one and could not have been more happy! Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, always available and truly cares for his clients. Jordan listened to our needs for buying our new home and provided very thoughtful advice on many properties with visited. His help was also invaluable in selling our previous property and allowed us to get the most of it by getting it staged beautifully and introducing us to a really good contractor for painting. I honestly cannot RAVE enough about Jordan and how he went out of his way to facilitate me securing the purchase of my first home. From the first minutes of meeting him, he really set my mind at ease. As a first-time buyer, and all the anxieties that accompany this, I really felt like I was in great and trustworthy hands. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for in a home. He assured me what I wanted wasn’t “too much for my price range” like other realtors had made me feel. He even put me in direct contact with a very, very experienced mortgage broker who worked tirelessly to help me get approved for a mortgage loan...I wasn’t the strongest borrower. Other places kept telling me to “wait another year to get myself in great credit position.” Jordan Wiener is so well connected that when I found what is now my home, he immediately helped contact someone to do a thorough house inspection, he went to bat for me with negotiating with the sellers, and even guided me on presenting my offer with more personal touch to the sellers. He was also involved in the mortgage application process. He also went as far as speaking to my family friend (a realtor himself) about the offer to further help reassure me that I was making the right decision about the house. I don’t think my offer would have been accepted by the sellers without Jordan Wiener personally vouching for me.I am forever grateful to Jordan Wiener for being absolutely instrumental in achieving my home ownership goal. He even still checks in on me to see how I’m enjoying my new home....8 months later. Have you ever needed to buy a house sight unseen during a pandemic? 1700 miles away? With no direct knowledge of the neighborhood? Well, we did and luckily for us, we found Jordan. When people hear our story, they think what we did was crazy—but they don’t understand that having Jordan as our realtor made it the easiest process in the world. We trusted his enormous wealth of knowledge every step of the way, relied on him day and night to advocate for us on the ground and even sought his opinions and recommendations for anything that popped up when we arrived and had no leads on local contractors.
