“Perfect example of “you pay for what you get” - I purchased the Parker necklace over the summer and it has been my favorite piece but the necklace broke and I was expecting the same thing you get at any store for a return/exchange with having to show the receipt and pull out your credit card for proof, etc. but to my surprise…… it was THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! The instant I walked thru the door, 2 friendly females greeted me and I told them what happened—-“no problem at all. Let me get you a replacement.” Was done with the whole process in less than 60 seconds! So…….. I decided if the return/ exchange is really that easy, then I’ll just buy myself another piece ( which I did and I’m in love). But as a direct result of this interaction, I was more than happy to repurchase from this company. Love their pieces! They are well made and solid. Shine up easily and are simply beautiful!
