“Adam (the store owner) goes above and beyond with customer service. Service was fast and friendly, Adam is knowledgeable about the devices, and it’s very clear that he cares about his customers and his business. I was having an issue with my new phone (which wasn’t an issue at all, I’m just dumb) and he stayed late at the store waiting for me to return and help because he knew I needed the phone for work. Would absolutely come back here and would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to do the same!”

“Today, was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time, and it was with Wilton at T-Mobile in East Norriton, PA. Wilton is not only very educated but an Amazing Salesperson. He listens to what you want and explains the difference between Apple and Android services. This location is very caring for your needs, and I would suggest going out of your way to see them even if its out of the way.

“I came to this location 3 years ago and they were so helpful on helping me upgrade. I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. “Brian T. could not have been more helpful getting our account and phones setup. We had to port over a number from another carrier, upgrade a phone, and set up home internet. Brian was able to clearly explain all expected payments and knew how to handle all issues. He was patient through the whole process even when it was past closing time Brian stayed late to help us wrap everything up.”

“My husband and I went back to try to fix an issue we had, from a plan an employee had sold us, in which we lost some old features we had and appreciated. The first lady that sat with us was... ok at first and then we could tell she was not going to help us understand our options. Then the new senior store manager, Da-ron, jumped in and was truly a pleasure to interact with. He walked us through all of our options, with a smile, showed us how to manage the features from our phone, gave us a few options. Before he jumped in, I was considering changing plans, but will not be doing so now. I hope Verizon compensates well and makes an effort to retain people like him. I would highly recommend this store based on our experience with him”
