“UPDATE:
I originally gave this AAA 1 star, but it turns out I was wrong. It wasn't AAA's fault, but PENNDOT'S. I received prompt and excellent service after posting my review, and my issue has now been resolved. Both AAA and PENNDOT got it done for me and are mailing me a new license. I am more than satisfied with this resolution, and thus have updated this review to 5 stars to reflect their excellent service. I definitely do recommend them and their services!

I went to get my picture taken for my driver's license. There were 9 people ahead of me! Then I finally get my new license only to find out that they made holes in my new one instead of my old one. Now they expect me to go to a regular DMV to get it reprinted! It's their mistake not mine, why couldn't they reprint it for me! Very disappointed! Would not recommend them at all!”
