It’s always a pleasant experience taking my vehicles to Infiniti of Ardmore. The service men are polite, considerate, kind & concerned. Especially Nick & the Service supervisor . I own two infinities QX80 & one QX60 vehicles . both 2019. The two run & performs very well. Even after the service they are cleaned inside & out looking like they just rolled off the showroom floor thanks to the detailer/car wash man who is also very thoughtful & kind. I give special thanks to Nick & the mechanics who perform the duties like genuine specialist. I tell people about Infiniti of Ardmore all the time with pleasure.“like allstate Has cloned , You’re In Good Hands” & “I say I am in good hands with Infiniti of Ardmore Pa”. Terrence Harrison.

was so great to work with. He makes sure all your questions are answered. Walks your through all the functions of your car. The finance manger was great as well. I highly recommend Infiniti Ardmore. Service is top notch.

There were issues with my service from a previous visit. I took my car in for state inspection and my front brakes needed to be replaced. The service was done however, my car started to make a noise and I took it back to find out what the noise was about. As it turns out the brakes were not properly completed and I was told that the brakes were loose and that is why I was hearing the noise. New brakes had to be ordered and the old brakes replaced. I was not happy to hear this news and it suggests to me that folks are not payythe kind of attention that Is needed.

While in town from Florida dropping my son off at his university I noticed a big tear in the sidewall of our tire. I called 5 other tire shops and dealers and none had the tire size I needed. Finally I called Infiniti of Ardmore, not only did they have the tire they were able to fit me in their schedule first thing the following morning. Once there they were friendly and efficient and had me on my way back home in no time. I would highly recommend this service department.

bad used car experience, checked my credit too many times. I told them I already had a pre-approval they said they could do better I told them I wanted to limit inquiries. When I told them to hold off on check on loans bc they didn't have a car I wanted they kept checking away & messed up my credit rating. they never got even got me approved for loan. They didn't have anything I loved and they were sketch with the inquiries so I bought a car somewhere else.
