I've had excellent service in the past. Friendly and courteous.
But why send out a coupon for a $59.95 oil and filter change ($20 more for synthetic) and not honor the price? The last coupon i was sent was honored the previous time i got my oil changed without a problem. That's the reason i went back.
This time, what was sent to my phone to sign, was that the preliminary estimate would be $137.79 with an estimated $7.80 in taxes. When i mentioned the coupon which he made no mention of even though i typed that i had one in the box when making the appointment, the person helping me said they send those coupons to everyone and it only takes $30 off and cited the fine print about how the dealer sets the price and then proceeded to tell me about the range of oil change prices and said they are car specific (even thought the same exact car had a coupon honored previously)
The old bait and switch leaves a sour taste in my mouth, so i left.
If you are going to send a coupon, honor it or put the actual price that you are going to charge in it so its not deceptive. That way your interaction doesnt feel like a pitch that is trying to sell you something you don't want

I went to this location several times, and Nick Herritt always takes good care my car getting me in and out quickly. My G37 needed air conditioning repair asap before hot summer season; from ordering the part to having my car serviced everything was done nicely and smoothly. Nick even arranged for a loaner car for me while my car was being serviced. Highly recommend this place!!!

Hello. My experience at Infinite Ardmore Service Center was absolutely terrible. I dropped my car off to the service operation center on Juneteenth, last Wednesday. My appointment was at 7:40am. I worked with Everett Hogge. His service was lackluster and communicated poorly. He offered me a ride home as my car was entering the garage, pull on the diagnostics machine, and yet did not contact me until 4:10pm. I unfortunately missed the call. I called back and left a voicemail. They did not reach back out to me at all. I called them the next day at 3:45pm to get in touch with them. They said the CDK system went down. I asked for the information to be sent via email. Everett was apprehensive in sending me the repairs and cost associated with repairs via email. He finally met me where I wanted to be met to send the email. Everett said he sent an email at 11:26am on Friday to my personal email. I did not received that email in my inbox. I waited patiently to hear back from them on Monday. He sent a text message saying he sent another email at 8:08am. I called him back to say thank you. I appreciate you sending it writing so I can review it and decide the best direction to move in.
Due to the poor business, communication and service, I am going to have my car repaired elsewhere. I believe Everett, Bud, and Jack worked in cahoots to try to do wrong by me, waste my time, and/or take me in a loop to repair my current car or sell me a new car. I found a reliable, honest, and communicative mechanic that specializes on Infiniti cars to do the service work on my vehicle for lower costs. Thank you Everett, Bud, and Jack for the poor service cause it was not a rejection, it was redirection to find better business, customer service and treatment. I do not and will not recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Everett Hogge at Infiniti at Ardmore to be service. He is an unjust, not good, and a poorly communicative Service Advisor at Infiniti at Ardmore.

Took my car in for A/C issues. They kept my car 5 days & never checked the compressor until the 5th day. In the meantime, I’m getting contacted by them to replace all 4 tires, wiper blades, etc, etc.. Bad business

Terrible. All they want is your money.
Failed my inspection and they asked for hundreds of dollars to repair. I went somewhere else and passed.

We ordered a part for my husband's car which was very difficult to find they found it for us they got it for us although it took a little bit longer than I had expected and they didn't call me when you came in we still got the part and everything's fine

It seems service is going further downhill for this company. Things are unorganized to the point where I’m on hold for over 18 mins. This is awful. First time I called, it just rang and rang. Now I got thru but this hold time is ridiculous. I had only one question. I wanted to get my tire plugged. However, $65 for a tire plug is damn near a new tire. I give up!!!

I've had a horrible experience with the service center. They suggested work that 2 other centers said we not needed. I understand why Bush separated themselves. The hours aren't conducive for working people. The famous line, "we dont have loaner vehicles to offer" and you have to arrive by 2 :30pm. The service provider, ALLEN, was unprofessional and disrespectful.

If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with this Service Center. By all means AVOID Anthony. He embodies the sadest of all inscure traits; arrogant & unprofessional with a "chip on my shoulder" attitude. The most unpleasant experience of 50 years in the car business.
