Mary did an incredible job with this cut! My hair feels so much healthier and has SHAPE to it now. She gave a quick consultation about what I was looking for and gave suggestions on what to try. I trusted her vision and she have me a very much needed fresh look. I got a trim with a rounded back and face-framing pieces. I am a very low maintenance kind of girl so this cut will make my morning so routine easy. I'm extremely happy how it came out. Mary is also just super friendly and inviting! I'm new to the PA and she warmly gave lots of recommendations. Thank you so much! I'll definitely be returning!

Mary is the first hair stylist I found who could cut long layers into my fine hair without making it look choppy. I found her while I was in college around 20 years ago, and though I’ve long since moved from the area, I still stop in for a haircut when we’re back in the Philly area. Mary always makes time for me for whatever day and time we’ll be there, regardless of how full her schedule is. This last time, she was staying after her normal closing time on a Saturday, and we were running a bit late (we live 5 hours away), and she was still ok with waiting for us to get there! She cut my hair, and also my 7 year old daughter’s hair, and was in no rush to get us out the door. She is truly caring, and always takes time to listen to what you want, then expertly executes it. After one visit I can already tell I'm going to be a regular. Mary, the owner and only stylist currently working here, obviously cares a lot about the people who sit in her chair, from their comfort (it's a very welcoming place) to their appearance (she really listens to what you want and offers lots of options) to their health (she clearly takes pandemic precautions as a way of keeping her and her customers safe, and her policies are more in line with what experts recommend than most places these days). Oh, and on top of that, I got one of the top 5 haircuts I've received in the last 10 years.

I finally found the hairdresser that is perfect for me: Mary Hight of Hight's Hair Styling in Ardmore. Mary's shop is spotless, and her prices are fair. She is friendly and makes you feel totally comfortable. Mary LISTENS to how you want your hair cut and styled, and then she executes that hair style. Unlike other stylists who rush or who aren't paying attention, Mary takes her job seriously, and takes pride in her work. After years of cutting hair, it is obvious that Mary still cares deeply about every haircut. Mary made my hair look fantastic, and she will do the same for you! If you want a better haircut, make an appointment with Mary Hight! An update.....Mary cut my hair for the third time last week. She made my hair look fantastic! I took her recommendation and purchased one of her styling products. Between her hair cut and the thickening agent, my hair looks so much fuller and has great body. Mary is the best hairstylist!! I have been going to her for years now. She colors and cuts my hair perfectly every time. She also cuts my husband and 5 year old son's hair. She even bought a special clipper to buzz my son's hair to make sure it wasn't too loud for him. He finally doesn't cry while getting his hair cut. She is the best!

The very BEST hair salon in the area, and I've been to just about all! In these Covid times, she sees one client at a time and her salon is clean and feels so safe. She does a great job with my hair color and cut (as well as my husband's) at an excellent price. Can't recommend enough!

After 25 years, I finally found a great hairdressser that really works with me on color and cut - both of which were great and very reasonable. Mary seems to take of everyone, from kids to adults male and female. I won't be going anywhere else and can't recommend her salon enough!
