I visited Heilman Auto service for repairing a tire for the first time after visiting couple of unpleasant experience from other local repair facilities and I am glad I did.The owner and staff were very professional, transparent, honest, detail oriented knowledgable and they go above and beyond to make customer satisfied, this comes from someone who worked in automobile businesses for about 15 years for a well known national auto chain.If you have auto issue and looking for repair facility I definitely recommend this facility, you will not regret visiting them!

Top notch. I was coming from an appointment in Ardmore and realized my Acura's state inspection had just expired. With a long weekend ahead of driving around Pa I randomly pulled in to Heilman's. They new I didn't live in the area and would most likely never return yet went out of their way to fit me in on the spot and get me inspected and out the door in an hour. On a Friday afternoon no less. These guys are honest and truly take pride in what they do.

Fast and courteous. But don't let the smile fool you. They will rape you in fees and labor. $1000 for an Alternator when the part only costs $300. Then I returned for a safety inspection and they tried to quote me another $1200 for rear breaks and rotors. Is anyone trustworthy in this business.

Went there to get an oil change and minor problem checked out. Staff were very helpful by communicating their thoughts on the issue. They also did not try to sell any unnecessary repairs.

I was on my way to work in Bryn Mawr and heard a scrapping, dragging sound coming from underneath the front end. Turns out my splash guard had come lose. Alphonso and Danny took my car in immediately and had it fixed in 30 minutes! They were aware of my need to get into work and quickly went into action! I really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Just moved back to the area after nine years in AZ. Needed inspection to finish the tag process. They got me in same day, actually within the hour. I will definitely take the Jeep back there going forward.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for years . They are VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS . Recently my wife's engine light came on . We took it to them 3 separate times for days each time and each time were charged for separate things wrong but they never solved the problem . After 3 tries and hundreds of dollars , we are now told it will take another $2000 to fix it . I am done with these guys . Courtesy is nice but competence and honesty is more important .
