Literally the rudest employee :( the middle aged lady didn’t even greet or acknowledge me when i came in, the entire store felt really cold and uninviting. The employees folding and putting away clothes didn’t pay me any mind, overall felt really unwelcome in there. totally never coming back >:(

I was walking the square and noticed the cute outfits in the window display. I have a trip coming up I was looking to do some shopping for and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here! I was assisted by Pam and she helped me pick the perfect outfit for a great price!

came out the store very unhappy. The blonde middle aged lady profiled us and told us to leave in a disgusting attitude in front of other customers. We weren’t even doing anything but trying to shop. Do better.

My new FAVORITE boutique! The merchandise speaks for itself. I rarely leave the house without a piece of jewelry or an item of clothing. The compliments always flow.
Pamela, Alyssa, and the rest of the staff are amazing fashion stylists and some of the most accommodating event partners I've ever worked with. ***I'll add photos of our beautiful 2023 VIP Holiday Shopping Spree soon. For now, just goooo!

I was currently on a Fire Training exercise trip in PA, decided to stop by this really cute store called Francesca’s to purchase some gifts for my daughter’s. The manager Ms Pamela & Assistant Ms Alyssa were so welcoming. First of all the store is beautifully decorated & organized. The customer experience was above & beyond, very helpful & knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again. Thank you ladies. My daughters are thrilled with the gifts.

Very rude employees . Always . Walked in on multiple occasions and didn’t receive a greeting but today was the last straw when I walked in , spoke first and they continued to fold jeans and talk amongst themselves . As I walked out once realizing the rude energy an older Caucasian woman walked in and both employees greeted her with no issue . I spend a lot of money in this area and they will certainly never receive a dollar from me due to this nasty behavior .

Went to Francesca’s today and the new assistant manager, Alyssa, and manager, Pamela, were wonderful! They were so helpful (I was getting accessories for an upcoming bachelorette trip) as well as another customer. They both went out of their way to be kind and friendly. I’ve been to this location multiple times before and this time was especially positive thanks to them. :)

If you’re going to go to a Francesca’s, go to KOP. The workers here were incredibly rude to me twice in a row in this location. One of the hangers was broken on an item, so I stood there for quite a few minutes trying to get the workers attention and no one paid me any mind. Instead of sitting there and waiting or letting it drop on the floor, I attempted to drape it over the rack and it kept falling. Finally I put it on the top shelf out of the way, and then finally a worker approached me with the nastiest attitude saying “instead of messing the store up you could just give it to me.” I told her the hanger was broken and I tried to get someone’s attention and she rolled her eyes and walked away. This is the second time I’ve stepped foot in here, no one greets me, the workers are rude and the place is messy. It costs nothing to be kind to customers, but instead I’m done trying to shop here and will be advising all of my friends and family to avoid this store at all costs.

I visited this store for the first time this afternoon and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I made a purchase at a different location for an event. I ended up not needing it and decided to return it. I was off from work and was going to drive into the city, but I saw there was a store right by my house, so I chose to go there. When I came in and said I had a return, the manager with the brown curly hair asked if I wanted to make exchange. I said no and I had a wait a little bit while she dusted and cleaned the register. I glanced around while waiting for her to finish dusting, and I actually saw some cute things and thought about shopping after the transaction. After she was done, she proceeded to train another girl on how to process a return (which is how I gathered that she was a manager). My receipt was faded and hard to read. I get that. But I've never had any issue making a return using my phone number instead. What she said to me, no one in any other location has ever said the same. She was looking at my receipt and saw it was purchased at a different location. She hesitated, then asked "oh you got this at _____? Do you live there?" I said "no, I just work in that mall" and asked her why she asked. She then goes "oh you work in retail. Well you should really return it at the store you got it from, because it hurts this store". Initially I apologized and said my job doesn't work like that (which she ignored, and just talked over me to the girl she was training). She made me think I was doing something wrong, but then realized that it shouldn't be a problem when your policy allows returns from all locations. Now she's looking at my receipt and she says she can't see the card that I used, so she has to give me a merchandise credit. I tell her that it's within the return policy so I should get my refund how I payed which is with my debit card. I ask if she can look it up with my phone number, since I've made a return without a receipt before and never had any issue. She said she still wouldn't be able see my card info and that there's absolutely nothing she could do but give me a credit. Then she just stared at me like she was annoyed with my presence and expected me to leave. I've never experienced this with Francesca's and I usually enjoy shopping in any boutique I enter. I was actually excited that there was a store so close to me, but I left feeling embarrassed and like I was burdening the store or causing some kind of problem. I felt extremely uncomfortable, I felt like this girl was targeting me because I was making a return and initially didn't want to make an exchange. Never once was I rude to her, so I'm not sure why she was so unfriendly to me. It felt almost as if she thought I was lying despite having a receipt.I stepped outside and called customer service. They told me that I was right, and that their return policy allows me to make a return and get my refund, and all I needed was for them to send me a new receipt. Within seconds, the agent emailed me a new receipt and I had no problem. It seemed like the manager with the brown curly hair just wasn't trying to be helpful and give me a hard time. I was actually shaking talking to customer service on the phone because I was so uncomfortable and I don't like confrontation, but I felt like what she was doing was not right. I complained with the agent, but was still so upset about this interaction that I felt compelled to write a review as well. When I came back in she seemed smug as if I was going to tell her she was right. She was rude and seemed annoyed by my presence. An awful representation of Francesca's and definitely not someone who should be in leadership. No attempt to go above an beyond for the customer. No attempt to help to customer. No sensitivity to how she may be making a customer feel. Not even a "have a nice day" which is the bare minimum. If I could give zero stars I would. Completely disappointed and di

Hello Google Family!! I arrived here today to ask if they would sell my brand of clothing here. My business is Krystique Personal Fitness LLC and I shopping my brand to stores now. I am passionately pushing Fitness After 50. I passed out my business cards and the employees said the company is corporate owned, which means that I have to send an email to the company, detailing my proposal. Everyone I talked to about my business were very interested and gladly accepted my business card. Good night Google Family!!1

Last week a young girl was racially profiled by a store employee. She was accused of shoplifting, while her accompanying white friend was not. Once she proved there was nothing in her bag, the store employee was rude to her and did not apologize. Neither store management nor Francesca's corporate have issued an apology. Your store traumatized a young woman of color and created a potentially dangerous situation for her. You should be ashamed.

12/16/21, an associate Racially profiled a 14 year old black girl. Accused the local girl of stealing in front of all her friends, had her dump her book bag all to find nothing. The young lady still bought the product she planned to purchase. The woman never apologized to the young lady for the embarrassing/traumatizing encounter! Shame on U! This will no longer be tolerated in 2022!
