My stars are NOT for the store itself, they’re for the store manager.Mrs. Kim makes going there at least bearable! With the constant and usually sudden price increases ,and the suppliers basically manipulating the trends via hair “ influencers” with bribes or money, you can see why that could leave a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve been going there for 23 years or so. I used to feel that Cosmo cared about stylists.I don’t believe that anymore. They care about how much money they can drain from the stylist. Miss Kim makes it so much better! She gives that place a soul! She has a heart of gold and just a positive l person all around! I love to see her smile every time I walk in!

I ordered with same day shipping online and received my order from this location. Initially, they sent me an incorrect item. I called the business card left by the store manager, Kimberly. She was so so kind and offered to send it to me in the mail, but once she realized I had needed it that day, she hand delivered it to me. We made the exchange that evening and she was so sweet and apologetic even though it was an honest mistake. Thank you so much Kim!!!

I am so tired of coming into this location and being treated like trash. The one worker who’s been there for quite some time, and I’m surprised they’re still standing because they’re so rude each and every time I’m in there there, he’s a mess. Very unprofessional, very rude , and nasty…and not to mention he doesn’t seem to quite get the etiquette of working at Cosmo prof. The last time I was there he literally threw my money my receipt and the merchandise that I paid for on the counter as if I knew to pick it up and leave out of the store. He never said thank you, he never said have a great day, he never said enjoy your day, he never said anything along those lines. the only thing he said was “you’re free to go” after he had thrown my things all over the counter. Not to mention, he was also wearing an Eagles jersey that was stained and soiled. he never looks groomed and he never looks like he’s at work. Somethings have got to change. If you want respect from others then you owe respect to others. He’s very poor mannered or no mannerisms at all. Highly disappointed.

The worst cosmo I've ever been too. The person working there was so rude it makes no sense how this person still has their job. Today is July 31, 2021. This person was in the room in the back the whole time texting while another lady and myself shopped. I don't care if your texting while I shop, I normally know what I need so I don't ask for help, but Anyone could have grabbed things and left.... but that wasn't the issue. The person was so rude, as if we were interrupting her texting session. ? okay... so as shes ringing my stuff out, she's slamming the scanner and my products on the counter and just let's my bottles of deep conditioner roll off and fall to the floor. Literally, her hand was right there. Instead of stopping it, she just watched it drop. She then asks me do I need a bag for my stuff. Ummmmm, am I supposed to carry this stuff our with my teeth??? Goodness, I just wanted to be done with this place. I literally threw all the stuff into my diaper bag. no customer service at all.

Been going to this store for years now. I’ve never had a problem, seems like they hired a new girl since I’ve never seen her before. She continuously kept pulling down her mask to speak to me and drink while at the cash register in the store, and went on to talk about “hopefully we don’t shut down again”. I was appalled seeing the lack of safety measures being taken seriously at this store during this pandemic.
