tl;dr Very frustrated with lack of interaction between service/parts. Won't be coming back. I've tried to get two retrofits for my new Chevy after chips became available. I've had three issues with getting these chips, two of which are Armen's, and one of which seems to be only Chevy's fault.Issue 1 - Early 2023, I learn one of the two missing features on my 2023 Chevy is available to be retrofit. I make an appointment at Armen a few weeks ahead of the appointment date. I live 45 minutes away, so I use these appointment days to take the train into Philly and work there. About two weeks before my appointment, and one week after making it, I call to make sure the chip is in. To my surprise, no chip had been ordered. The service staff had not communicated to Parts that I was in need of a chip. Luckily, there was still enough time for the chip to be ordered. Chip came, appointment went fine, no other issues. But had I not called Parts to double check, I would have shown up on the appointment day without a chip available.Issue 2 - Late 2023, I go in for my other retrofit. No Parts issues, but I get a call midday during the appointment that the chip Chevy sent wasn't working. I was told due to the way these "recalls" work, they can't substitute a different chip. They said I'd have to come in again a different day so they could re-order another chip. I don't believe this is Armen's fault, but again, frustrating.Issue 3 - Early 2024, I call to make an appointment to go in again for that 2nd retrofit. We schedule an appointment approximately two weeks out. The week before the appointment, I call Parts to confirm the chip has been ordered and is ready due to prior communication issues. Parts said it was there and ready for me. I get to the appointment and to my surprise, no chip has been ordered. I have to come again a different day so they can re-order the chip.I've drawn the line, and I'm not returning. Beyond frustrating.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now. For the most part the people have been friendly and kind. But the last few times the service has been crappy. My radiator fan was running after my car shut off. I took my car in to get serviced, and a week later it starts to happen again. They tell me oh it’s something else that is causing it this time. Cost me $500 on top of the $700 I spent before. The last 3x I’ve taken my car in (oil change, inspection, oil change/leak) my check engine light has come on the following day after those 3 services. I got my car inspected in November and got an oil change as well, I begin to see oil leaks in my driveway right after that oil change. I just took my car in for an oil change and to check what the oil leak is. The next day check engine light comes on. I call them and tell them how the last 3x I’ve visited them my check engine light has come on the following day and how it seems like a coincidence and they argue with me and tell me it’s because my car is older (2013, 112k miles) and that I don’t know enough about cars and this stuff happens. I hope no one has this bad of an experience as I did. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere going forward.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I took my car here because I had a coolant leak that wasn't coming from the coolant system. They gave me an estimate of $1300 which is absurdly crazy for a leak. When I told them I was going to take my car elsewhere, they said I still have to pay $200 for diagnostic. What diagnostic? They didn't even know where the leak is coming from. I paid $200 for them to tell me the exact information I already knew. Unbelievable. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND HERE!!!

I went here for a PA inspection for my new out-of-state purchased car. It wasnt until a day later that I realized I accidentally made my appointment for the week after instead of that day! They still took my car in anyway and did the inspection in under an hour, which is much faster than ive seen from where I used to go for my old car. Will definitely be going back here!

Had a safety recall that needed fixed on my vehicle. They refused to fix my unsafe car because they said it was too rusted. Called Chevy who said dealers are obligated to fix it. Took it to Hessert Chevrolet in Philly, they had it done in a couple hours. Take your car anywhere else.

What a pleasant visit to the the Armen Chevrolet Service & Parts Department! These employees were punctual & professional. Took my car in for an inspection, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services! Thank you guys.

These guys exceeded expectations. I honestly had heard questionable reviews of their service department but eventually broke down and used them because it’s so close to my work. They did a great job with the service and were friendly folks.

Early last year 2022, I took my car for just an engine oil change and Robb came back saying there's a leak in the car with an estimate of $2500. I was scared to death and knowing that was odd abd it didn't feel right what I heard well I asked my God Mom who happened to be white and she got me her neighbors who showed me an auto place to take my car. I has $1000 redrawn from the Atm on Mt way. Took the car to this new place then after 20 minutes I was told madam there's no leak and no problem with your car. I was told it only needed stirring fluid. I asked how much I was $5. Now that is the red flag for me comparing the service center that gave me that huge estimate of $2500 and lied to me that there was a leak in my car. Yeah race and also me being a woman played it well at it best at the service center here. I will never in my life recommend this place to anyone of any race and oh by the way their collusion center is the worst place to ask an insurance company to pay them to work on your car. They don't value what customer service relationship is and oh is all about the $$$$$$ to these folks. Not your car or you the driver driving it.

This is my first time at this Chevy Service Center. Let me be honest, I assumed because of their location and the fact that they are a dealership, they would try to take as much money as a priority. With that being said, when I walked into the service center, I explained my issues and what I've already tried and Art Wharton went above and beyond to get me answers and clarity. He pointed me in the right direction to save me money, time, and hassle. I was able to buy a $55 part from the parts department instead of having a $200 diagnostic that would've told me the same thing I already knew. I'm gonna install this part when I get home. Thank you so much Art. Even if the part doest work, I know you had good intentions to save me money.

Art is a great service advisor offered excellent service and reassurance in getting my vehicle back to me in a timely matter. Also taking in consideration of personal life and time he was excellent in dealing within the service department and knowledgeable on the vehicle and it’s behaviors. Treated you like family, really appreciate the service from Armen??I recommend them for excellence in customer service and repair for the way they treat you and handle your needs. While I was here I observed Art reassuring a customer that everything will be okay even though she was in tears, don’t know the situation but for the fact she was already out of the service area and outside, and he came out to check on her.. THATS SERVICE ???
