I dropped off my car this morning for a service and was greeted by Alan. This gentleman was the definition of outstanding customer service! His professionalism along with his warm, friendly attitude started my Friday off the right way. He even added a personal touch to the typical service appointment which is missing in today’s customer service environment. When I came back later in the day to pick my car up he was right there with the same attitude. Alan is a model of consistency and is a great asset to the Ardmore Toyota family!!!

This morning I scheduled a maintenance for my Toyota, the customer service representative was very nice, she scheduled my appointment for 10:45am. I arrived on time in such a great mood until I was helped by AMBER. AMBER is not a good asset to your company, she has a nasty demeanor, she made me feel like I was a pest. Her customer service skills are 0/10 . So She asked me have I ever been to this Toyota before, I let her know I have a few years ago, she asked for my vin number or my registration. I gave her my vin number, no one keeps their registration on them. So she says because you haven’t been here in a long time we are going to give you an oil change I said well I’ve been to different locations over the years, normally they look at the history to see what needs to be done, so when I say that, she has attitude looking it up, I asked to speak with a manager but she stated no manger was available which didn’t make sense to me. So she looks up the history and finds out what i need done, and she says with a attitude DO YOU STILL WANT TO BE SERVICED, so when she says that JONATHN WALKS OVER and asks me what the problem was, so I was trying to tell him, and he says do you still want your car serviced, I said well I can go somewhere else. I felt like he was trying to kick me out and avoid me. So he says come on follow me, and walks me out like I did something to him, so he says 125 is not getting maintenance anymore, he was so quick to get me out of there like I was the problem. I felt very humiliated that he treated me this way in front of people. I asked to speak with manger once again he he told me the manger was sick, I said I need to speak with someone, so he walks back in and gets someone. I see JONTHAN AND AMBER LAUGHING, which i didn’t understand what was funny. One of your customers came up to me and apologized for how I was treated. I finally spoke with a manger I believe his name is BRIAN, he made me feel much better. But AMBER AND JONTHAN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE, they will run your customers away, they need better training or something. They need to be trained by the the Toyota dealership in GA, they treated me so good, never once had these type of problems. I am thinking about selling my car and getting rid of of my TOYOTA because of how I was treated today. This was the worse experience I have ever had. Lastly I came to this TOYOTA because they have the best reviews in the tri state!!!!!!!!!!

I loved that Michael Karp was the BomB DoT cOm! He really taken Wonderful care of me having the terrible most awful experience nextdoor at Nissan was just a Hot Mess! He sat me down asked what I was interested in for a vehicle he was so informative and inspirational to even thinking of looking into this line of work being that I work in the Restaurant Industry. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he shown me the car I have now the very first one and fell in Love with it! Thanks Michael your the Man!!!!!

My sales person Michael Karp made me and my husband feel at ease making this major purchase. He answered all questions, concerns and kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole process. He has reached out for updates after the purchase to make sure we were satisfied and if anything additional was needed. 2nd vehicle purchased through this location and definitely will be coming back when I upgrade. We purchased a 2024 Rav4.

The representative was courteous, helpful, and patient. Though it was the end of the day, he did not try to rush or pressure me. I was able to test drive both the car I had come to see and another similar one in my price range. Getting financing was painless. The whole transaction took just two days.

I have not in my entire life dealt with scammers such as toyota ardmore. Id ride a donkey to work everyday if I had to rather than buying a car from them, not even a kid’s electric one.
