We just had a fun visit from the 'owner/manager' of this company. We used them for the first time last year. We've always put up and taken down our awning, so thoroughly examined everything last year prior to A Plus picking up. The evening that they re-installed the awning this year, there were noticeable new tears on the corners. I fully admit the corners thin, but they were simply not there when the awning was picked up. The owner Bob came out, borderline yelled at my wife (heard elevated voice from basement), and proceeded to actually raise his voice at me, barking 'get over here and look at this, IT'S NOT RIPPED!!!" as he points at the rip. He pretty quickly announced "WE'RE DONE HERE" when we questioned him, now that another male was standing on the deck. This admittedly ended in an argument, which is unfortunate, but nobody needs to be yelled at on their deck because the owner "trusts his employees". Regardless of any response to this, the fact is that the owner raised his voice at and was condescending to my wife... zero tolerance for that. I'd recommend finding another company. **Adding this edit because it's just too good: just watched our ring camera. Bob made a hysterical point of stopping to dramatically spit on our driveway before hopping into his van. There's now a huge loogie on our driveway. Wish I could post the video, and I will if I can figure out how.

Bob does a fantastic job cleaning and maintaining my old awning! I'm so grateful for his prompt, friendly and professional service. And this year he did some tricky repairs to my old awning frame. It's stronger than ever. So grateful for his outstanding work!

Unsafe drivers, don’t stop at stop signs and just cut you off. Take their work calls while driving. When called to raise concerns about this, they hung up on me.

Called and spoke to Bob about awning cleaning. Crew showed up within a week, and did a fantastic job of cleaning our awnings. They were also careful, covering our flower beds, and moving porch furniture before cleaning. Afterwards, everything was put back in place and awnings were nice and clean, and the cost was very reasonable. I give them 5 stars easily, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

First phone call left message never received a call back. A week later made second phone call talk with a person gave him information said hewould come out and give estimate. Its now three weeks later no show or phone call.
