I have never had a problem with them. Bought 2 cars there. They were friendly helpful and all around good people. Service department was great too. I had recalls and got me right in.

If I could rate them lower I honestly would. Made an appointment 2 months in advance for a warranty paint repair, as vehicle was in storage. They called to confirm the appointment, and I went and paid to get the vehicle early and dropped it off over the weekend. Was called Monday morning to give them a call. Couldn't possibly be done so was a bit confused, maybe parts didn't arrive yet? Told by service rep they "cannot work on my vehicle at this time". No reason, no answers. Pressing the issue I was told by one that they had their OWN vehicles coming that needed immediate work. Spoke to the manager about the sales manager about the issue and was told flat out " we choose not to work on your vehicle". I then had to restart the entire warranty claim as the quote from there could not be used at another dealer. Huge inconvenience, and definite lack of concern for the customer. Shame on your dealership!

Avoid this dealership at all costs! First, I contacted the dealership and asked several questions about a 23 Challenger they had in stock. I was told someone would get back to me. They did! In fact they got back to me with an email asking me what questions I had when they were told the questions previously. Not to mention "Liam", the salesman who got back to me, responded to me IN ALL CAPS WITH NO PUNCTUATION IN A RUN ON PARAGRAPH. When I responded to him about everything, I never heard back from him again.
A few days later I contacted them again and was informed by a salesman named "Adam", that the vehicle was sold . Funny thing... it was listed twice on their site, but it was sold?? When I questioned it, I was told it was sent to NY and sold there. That it takes up to 72 hours to be removed from the site. Funny, only takes a few key strokes to remove a link from a page. Guess this dealership is into clickbait. However, Adam sent me a link to what was in their inventory and I was asked if there was anything else I had in mind. Well well well.... the black vehicle I wanted was still on the list. Again, I was told it was sold.
I drove up there that night to look at the remaining cars they had on the lot. Tom introduced himself and was very professional to myself and my wife. Tom was the only positive this dealership had to offer due to his professionalism. While I was there, I found one of the Challengers was opened and the keys were still in it. This is how theft occurs. Tom thanked me for handing over the keys and letting him know. Again, Tom was very professional and turns out the only positive about this dealership.
Next day Adam contacted me asking if I had found anything I liked from the link he sent me and when I would like to come in and look around. I told Adam that I had already been there and that I was bummed the black Challenger was already sold. But that there were two potential cars there, however I had already been there and worked with Tom. So now that Adam was contacting me again, it put me in a bad position as I did not want to cause friction between sales associates given that Tom was who had showed me vehicles. Instead of Adam contacting me back and professionally stepping aside, I never heard anything again.
Over the weekend I see the car I wanted to start with was still showing as being available. So, I contacted the dealership in NY and they got back to me on Monday. Ironically.... the vehicle was still 100% for sale and was NEVER sold. Well then, Domiano in Eynon had the opportunity to make a $42k sale guaranteed from me and because nobody there knew what they were talking about and 2 of 3 sales associates were not very professional, they lost the sale.
Be leary about anything this dealership says to you when trying to confirm the availability of what they have for sale. Nobody in the Eynon store seems to know what they are talking about and the only true professional there of the 3 salesman I interacted with was Tom. In the end this turned out to be a total waste of time for myself. Shop elsewhere!

Tony Domiano runs a fantastic dealership. His service department is second to none. I had an accident with my Wagoneer and they took it in immediately and are handling the whole process

Tom was a professional salesman and I have nothing bad to say. I bought a brand new 2023 Jeep Wagoneer in April and have had issues since. The second day I had it the driver door handle was broke. They did fix it quickly. After that my car started flashing "Engine over heated. 4 wheel drive disabled," "ABS Breaking system unavailable." and the Power Steering goes in and out. I brought it to them several times and was told they were unable to fix as there was "3 miles of wire in the car and it would be impossible to find the problem." Being a certified Jeep dealer isn't a good enough of a reason to have to fix it I guess. Jim (manager) is a yes man. Tells you everything you want to hear only to avoid you after. He told me "I have something in the works for you" two months ago and I haven't heard back since. I was also emailed from them saying "We would support any lemon law claim you have." Originally Wagoneer client services called me. They told me Damiano's in fact never reported my vehicle as being there and it was a clean health report. I was shocked as I have several emails showing the car was there and even sent them videos of these events happening while driving. To my dismay when the attorney general became involved they denied 80% of this. They beg you for good reviews after service and the sale. I wouldn't buy a Tonka Truck from them.

I went in asking for some help from the service area and I felt like he just told me anything to get me out of there without doing nothing.

Other dealerships I’ve looked around at left me wishing I was getting a root canal - legit that horrendous of an experience! Being a woman in a typically male led place can be super intimidating. Within 5 minutes of talking with Tom, I knew this time would be different. There was 0 pressure to hurry up & make a deal, no information overload. It was clear from the jump that we weren’t just a commission. Each question was answered honestly whether it favored a deal or not. Once we decided on a vehicle, all of the paperwork & signing was about as seamless as it gets. Before leaving the lot, Tom took almost an hour going over each & every new feature making sure we understood all of these new bells & whistles. (My 20 y/o Jeep had none of this stuff so I was a little overwhelmed but Tom was so patient about everything) To say I’m happy with the overall experience would be an understatement! They have now set the standard for me when purchasing a vehicle from now on. I can’t thank Tom, Jimmy & the rest of the team enough for making this experience as great as it was!
