The people working at this bank are very nice and polite. I really enjoy going to this bank unlike the Dickson city branch which is totally the opposite. Keep up the good work I really appreciate it.

Beth and the entire team at this bank are the most helpful, friendly, efficient, and caring group I have ever dealt with. Beth is an awesome manager and as a result this branch is such a great place to bank. Fast friendly service like no other! Thank you Beth and your team for all you do!

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.
