The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”

“Macy's in Scranton PA is a well kept department store. It's spacious with lots of room between clothing racks. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted upon entry and thanked when we left. Well worth a visit.”
“I love shopping in this store because they are very reasonable, especially on seasonal items,. cashiers are very friendly, especially Kim, but I have one complaint about one gentleman, I believe he's in charge of furniture, he's very rude & lazy!! Everyone else is very pleasant...Last year I had purchased a pool and chairs, while I was struggling, he was leaning against the wall smoking his cigarette,after I had everything in the car, he asked me. I guess there's always one bad egg ?Other than that I love Big lots ?”

“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”

“My most recent experience was kind of strange. They had "self checkout" open but I wasn't allowed to scan my own items. Another customer walked up to the register next to me and started scanning their own things. Once the employee was done scanning mine and pressed pay, she stopped the lady next to me and said she needed to scan at least one of her items. What is the purpose of this?Either have a register open OR do self checkout but don't make customers feel picked out or targeted by only scanning some people's things AT SELFCHECK.”
“I'm very happy about target. I get lots of my clothes from there I get bathing suit shoes, toys everything that I need and I think I would prefer target over Walmart and a lot of other stores and I'm happy that there is a target around me cause I do we go there a lot and a lot of my room decor is from target but a lot of their electronica things aren't really good so I would shop at target because it's a very good store and and the employees are very nice a I have a lot of fun with my friends in target and we buy lots of stuff that we don't need but I love target”
“Had a small issue and it was immediately resolved by Michelle’s amazing customer service and willingness to take the extra step for the stores customers, seriously my saving grace today! She helped clarify miscommunications with what happened over the whole situation and was nothing besides courteous and extremely helpful. I also had a lot of support from Alyssa by making sure everything was ready for me for when I did arrive in the store which helped the process go quicker and gave me a lot of piece of mind seeing everything already there when I got there! “I always like shopping here. Good deals and brand name items for a lot cheaper than you pay online. You never know what you may find. I believe they offer layaway, especially near Christmas. I've never had a problem with returning an item either...with my receipt. The staff is usually friendly. Multiple cashiers open...which I know has become a problem at some stores. The bathrooms are mostly clean.”
“One of my favorite stores in the area..I often go to search for sports cards, a hobby I have pressured for years. And target has as good of a selection as you will find in the area. Baseball, basketball, football, soccer, wrestling, Pokemon, among others.I also enjoy their clothing and cosmetic departments. They have one of the better selections of men's cosmetics that u will find anywhere in NEPA.The store is laid out intelligently. Stick is kept neat and orderly. The staff is friendly, the store is clean , and you can get Starbucks on your way out.I highly recommend a trip to Target in Dickson City.”

“We found this Wal-Mart to be clean and well stocked. Once issue is they were in the middle of changing stock around to different aisles. So, their signage was incorrect, a little tough for people who don't shop here.
We found the exterior of the building to be really neat! Nicer exterior compared to 99% of Wal-Marts out there.”

“Had 2 dogs with diarrhea tried everything can n rice, change of food gradually, vet appts nothing helped. Stopped at tractor supply again spoke to a woman named PAT and in two days my dogs were back to normal. I stopped again to thank her, I hope her managers see this she is a keeper.”
