The old man here is crazy . He unfortunately probably has dimentia . I had a valid question on some work I was paying him to do and he snapped an started swearing and yelling and said to came get my car . When I went to get it he had misspelled don’t come back on my invoice . His son rang me up an said I shouldn’t listen to his dad and I was welcome back . I appreciated that . But he also said his dad was very mean .etc. I don’t care . I’m done with them . Too bad because his son was real cool . He can’t wait until the old man retires believe me . He’s a mean nasty old man

I was encouraged by a friend, who works in the office, to bring my car to Klingensmith after I had been involved in an accident. From the friendly greeting from office staff, to the time and consideration Ronnie spent surveying my damage and explaining the insurance estimate...Professional and customer focussed. Would definitely recommend.
