Barron was very thorough in his inspection procedures. He completed the inspection within a couple days of contacting him and produced the report in one day. The report brought to light several issues that needed addressed which we were able to negotiate remediation with the seller. We highly recommend Barron and his company.

We had such a positive and informative experience with Baron. As first time home buyers ( well almost ) Baron shed a ton of information on the property we were interested in which lead us to make an educated decision to not go through with the purchase. Baron had our backs and was professional and honest! Not only did he help us with that inspection, we reached out to him months after about a question and for no cost, gave us his professional opinion. Greenwalt Diversified Services under Barron's supervision did a great job renovating 19 Lanark St for Fineview Citizens Council when I was a board member. They came through for us and did great work on time and within the budget when we were having issues even getting someone to show up to bid for us. Forever thankful for the work they put into this project which helped us fix a house on that street and get a neighbor a newly renovated home to rent!

I used Barron Greenwalt when buying my home to do the inspections. He was very thorough with the job done for me. He never left me in the dark throughout the inspections. He took the time to explain what needed to be taken care of. Throughout the inspection I learnt a lot from him on how to properly maintain my house. As a Realtor it is often difficult to find a home inspector that can do all the different inspections under one company scope of services. In addition to general home inspection, Greenwalt Diversified Services also can be hired out for Camera Sewer Line Inspection, Well, Septic, Radon, and Pest Inspections. Bundling all of these Inspections save the Seller or Buyer money. Greenwalt Diversified Services has other value added benefits too. Barron takes photos of all of your client's appliances and registers them for safety recalls. Talk about the extra level of care and service! Barron also gives a very nice gift of a book to the homeowner/homebuyer about home maintenance. I'm impressed with this company!
