“i truly apologize for our late visit tonight. it was 5 minutes before close and we had to pick something up for somebody. the employees are always so pleasant but i could tell we struck a nerve by coming in so late. i sincerely apologize and i appreciate this particular dollar tree for always providing great service, even if we irritate you guys <3”
