We just had our son’s party there this weekend. The private party option made it so easy to keep track of the kids. The laser tag was so fun, and the kids enjoyed time with the arcade games. The owner of the establishment took care of every detail and wouldn’t let me do anything, which was AMAZING! It was stress free and very reasonably priced. I recommend The Lazer Factory as a wonderful birthday party option.

We recently threw a great party for my 10-year-old son's birthday, and it was fantastic. Riley, our host, did an excellent job ensuring everything ran smoothly. He was attentive, making sure we had what we needed and addressing any questions or concerns we had.
The venue was clean, providing a pleasant environment for our family and friends. Everyone had a good time, and it was a memorable celebration. My son had a great experience and definitely will remember how his 10th birthday party was awesome.

My parents, husband, and I come here for the adult night (unlimited seltzer, beer, laser tag, soda, and pizza) and love it every time! Definitely worth the cost, and we always have a blast. The arena is a decent size, and there are arcade games to occupy you between rounds. You get to see your individual score on the board afterwards and can watch other games from the observation deck as well. The pizza is below average, but don't expect much from a place like this anyway. Prices are decent, especially if you do unlimited laser tag. Highly recommend!

We had a party with you guys at Lazer Factory for my daughter’s 9th birthday today and I was so moved by the attention to detail, and accommodations made with ease for my group. My daughter said this was the best, most memorable birthday party she’s ever had, and her friends and our family had an absolute blast! Thank you for making this day so special for her, taking care of all the details, being so incredibly kind, and making the experience literally stress free for me and my Husband. I will recommend Lazer Factory to everyone! ?❤️

Our family has been coming here for several years, we spend the day there playing laser tag and arcade games. The owners and staff are so friendly. We have also had birthday parties for both our kids there and they loved it.

I would give no stars if I could. The owner is entitled, and very rude. The women’s bathrooms smell like cat urine so strong that all the guests were complaining of headaches from being in the bathroom. The poor kids were refusing to go in the disgusting bathroom. It smelt like actual cat litter and feral cats. Literally. It’s okay though because the owner will definitely reply to this comment denying it all. Like with all the other one star reviews. Very combative and does not treat customers nicely. The other staff were very nice but I felt bad for them, and how she must treat them in private if that’s how she treats PAYING CUSTOMERS. Short black hair, heavy set woman. Don’t know name. Owner… maybe do some reflection. It must be sad to be that miserable that you want to try and ruin a kids birthday party. Just walk in the women’s bathroom, that’s enough to make you vomit. Pizza disgusting also.

Terrible experience. It’s small, not worth the price. Bathroom smells horrible, so so bad. Kids were refusing to enter the bathroom it was so bad. Not welcoming or friendly for a kids place. The staff were fine but the owner was awful. She stormed in to the play area saying this was a paid area and I needed to get everyone out. All the kids that were at my daughter birthday party. No “hi im the owner welcome!!!! Thanks for picking us!! Happy birthday to your daughter! So exciting!! One thing we need to do though is get a wrist band on each kid” —-that would be the correct way to approach a paying customer. I did not get that though, she came in with her jacket on a quarter way through the party and demanding that we get everyone out now. Just not a way to run a business, I told her charge my card for whatever you need to, money is not an issue I just want my daughter to enjoy her party without a drama. Very unorganized. Not worth the money. Owner terribly rude and apologizes with an attitude saying I wasn’t doing that but I apologize!! Kept arguing with me while I’m trying to play one of their rigged arcade games lol leave me alone lady. Just save your money and go somewhere else! I plan a big party every year for 3 kids and I’ve tried many different places. Worst experience ever for any party. Took everything in me to not walk out. But we had over 25 guests there. Lily our party host was great and very sweet! ?
