As a first-timer at a range, I was a bit nervous. However, my instructor, Greg, made me feel completely at ease. His step-by-step approach helped me build confidence quickly. Greg's expertise and patience were invaluable. He broke down complex techniques into easy-to-understand steps, making the learning process enjoyable. I feel much more prepared to handle myself in a potentially dangerous situation. Thanks Greg!

Greg was an excellent instructor. The class was very informative. I learned so much and feel comfortable handling and shooting my gun. I highly recommend the beginners class.

I’ve been a Paramedic for 8 years and have worked in corrections for 5. I know all brands of pants fit differently. I normally rock 5.11s but was looking to change up style/brand/color as my job gives me the freedom to do that. I was excited to go into their store and try different pants on. I can order pants online all day long but personally I prefer to be able to physically try pants on before I buy them. I quickly became INCREDIBLY disappointed to realize that they had only ONE pair of woman’s work paints in the entire store. There is a whole isle full of different brands/styles/colors of men’s pants but they only stock one pair of woman’s pants. ****Woman work in emergency services/law enforcement too****
In this store it appears that women are only worthy of wearing revealing graphic T shirts. *eye roll*

Absolutely recommend this place based on my experience with a one on one shooting lesson. Left with a lot more knowledge than I came in with. Will be coming back.

Working with Mark and Cameron at 911 Rapid Response was a great experience. They were very accommodating and did an outstanding job on our install in an expeditious manor. The facility is a great place to wait while you get your work done (maybe a little too nice.). You can enjoy the range, get a cup of coffee, browse through the gun store, and check out all the other items they have available.

Had a starter class today 3/23/24 our instructor was Brian and he was awesome! I was extremely nervous and scared. He made it easy to understand and comfortable. Very hands on with instruction and practicing in the gun range. Would highly recommend Brian . A personal thank you for today.

Attended the beginner gun owner safety course today. Had no prior knowledge of guns and quite honestly a little fear. My instructor Greg was amazing. I walked out with the confidence I needed to control my own gun and went above and beyond to help me through all the steps and made going out the range less nerve-racking! Definitely will be going back for the other classes and using them for all of my gun needs!

As an store, not much complaints, but have had an awkward experience the last times that I visited the shooting range. There is a new employee there that always accuses me of hitting the ceiling and the cardboard and threatening of charging for damages. But they don’t show you before starting that the area is clean of damages from other clients and is confusing. Never had problems at other ranges. I prefer not to visit this one anymore. Beside this, is a good store.

Just recently had a firearm transferred up from Atlantic Firearms and to my surprise my rifle was ready to pick up the same day they received it ! Not only is the location spotless but all the employee's I encountered were extremely polite and helpful, I definitely will be back again. Thank You Joe D

They don't sell strobe lights on the weekends - only Monday thru Friday! ??? Why would you advertise to carry all that but not sell on weekends. Blows my mind. ?
