I have been to lab on numerous occasions. Every medical professional and clerical staff member have been professional,calming, and so kind. This facility is very clean and well staffed. I love UPMC. Thank you to everyone.

Great place have never had an issue at all. I like the fact that I can pre-register for my appointment and just basically go right in as well as prepaying the copay online. Everyone is very friendly

I really want to like this place more than I do. The doctors and staff are nice but they consistently make mistakes. I scheduled an appointment today and they told me 10am when I got here they said it’s at 11am. I’ve had them routinely cancel appointments at the last minute that I’ve had months in advance.
