We’ve been coming here for about two months consistently for my sons learn to skate class as well as open skate during the day. Our kiddo has advanced faster then we’ve anticipated ?which is awesome! The staff is also so welcoming! When coming at both busy times and dull, weekends, or week days we feel very welcomed from everyone. Bonus, is getting to see hockey games and or practices as my so hopes to play in the future.

Rink 2 is probably the coldest arena I have ever been in. The facilities are nice. 3 sheets of ice!

$10 per person included skate rental for 1.5 hours afternoon public skate. Beautiful, clean facility, friendly staff, we had a great time. Highly recommend!

The arena was nice, but the only reason I am not rating a 5/5 is because of an employee named Barb. I called earlier today to see if we could pay at the door instead of registering online and the lady on the phone was very rude and seemed it was a bother that I was asking, this made us want to go to twin ponds but they unfortunately did not have the late time when we had availability so we chose to come to klick lewis. When my family of 5 walked in for public skating she was playing on her phone and wouldn’t look up at us, I politely said “excuse me” and she rolled her eyes and put her phone down. During the transaction of paying she was very very rude. (this is when i made the assumption that it was indeed barb who answered the phone when I called earlier.) After we started skating we realized there were no assist things that help you skate so my sister went out to ask if we could have one for my 7 year old niece. This lady was so rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her even though she was just playing on her phone. She didn’t even look or ask and she just said that they aren’t available. At that time a very kind employee (a tall man) overheard and said he could help us out and got one for us, which we really appreciated. At the end she was collecting the skates and was so rude to everyone handing theirs in, multiple customers were talking about her and saying how rude she was. The arena was very nice and the two other employees were great! There was a lady working the skate rentals when we first came in and she was SO KIND! We would come back because it was a fun time and the other employees were great but I had to share my experience incase there is a chance for something to change.
