...do you ever answer your phones? Every time I call it goes to voicemail. I have other options for banks and can gladly take my money and open an account elsewhere if you would like (it definitely seems you don't care anyway). You are not doing me any favors, I'm doing you the favor by being a patron so please act accordingly and shape up.

The walk-in service was shut down after COVID. I tried to use the drive-thru service on September 3, 2021 at noon and was greeted by a piece of paper on the chute that the branch was closed. Allegedly temporarily, but many times temporary closures in this industry somehow become permanent. No notice to the customers, no real explanation why the service pullbacks. Not good.

I don't know what happened to this place used to be the best now it's terrible you'll sit there for half an hour in the drive-thru which is super short to start with....

I don't know what happened to the people who used to work here, but the new ones are terrible. Seriously considering taking out banking somewhere else.

Never used the drive-thru. I always come in when I can and staff is very nice. ATM is 24 hours

Your drive thru service is HORRIBLE ! 1 car in parking lot, we sat in drive thru for 12 minutes b4 we were even acknowleged.
