I was driving home from an errand when I hit my brakes and they suddenly went soft and spongy. It was 4 pm on a Saturday, so I pulled over and hit Google, which led me to Ed's just a couple miles up the road. Not only did he diagnosis the problem immediately (master cylinder), he even drove me the rest of the way home since the needed part would take a few days to get shipped in and my car felt too sketchy to drive without having full confidence in the brakes. THAT'S 4 PM ON A SATURDAY. Amazing. I got a call by noon the same day that the part arrived letting me know that my car was being taken for a safety test drive and would be ready to pick-up after. Brakes are back to feeling safe again. Caring, quality service delivered quickly and at a fair price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ED’S!!!!
I can’t adequately express how grateful I am for the extra mile(s), both literally and figuratively, Ed went through to get me on the road again. Driving on a long road trip from NY to TN when tropical storm Debbie downer caused damage to my ride - Ed was the one that came through.
Ed, with the help of his family, called and drove all around town to find the parts needed to fix my vehicle. He worked in the rain, was thoroughly guiding me through his process and genuinely cared enough to do this all after hours on a Friday night for a stranger. If not for Ed, I would’ve had to stay in a hotel two extra nights to wait for the fix. His price was more than reasonable and his work was impeccable. Best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Thank you so much Ed!!

Ed and his family helped us out of a jam! Our older motorhome broke down in Hershey Pa. We called around to many shops with no luck. On a recommendation we contacted Ed. He was able to help us out and get us back on the road. Even worked on a day the shop was closed to make sure my family could continue our trip. Great people that did excellent work to get us moving again!

The whole family is kind, efficient, and obviously knowledgeable (we heard them talking to another client with a non-tire related issue). Amanda asked us to let them know when we made it home safely, and I'm happy to say we got to Dallas just a bit ago. ?
Just a few hours into our drive home to Texas, one of our back tires started leaking. It was Saturday so Ed's was one of the few places open, and the only one I called who could see us without an appointment. I spoke to the Mrs. on the phone and she immediately said they could help us out. When we got there, Amamda took a look at the tire right away and let us know it wasn't repairable.
Unfortunately, they didn't have a perfect match to replace it... so Ed changed out both rear tires for a used (but much less worn) pair in the next closest size - at no charge! He said they prioritize keeping people safe. My sister died a few years ago in an automotive accident so I won't lie, I got a little teary. All in all, we were back on the road in under two hours.

I just got my air conditioning fixed at Ed’s shop, to say I recommend this automotive mechanic is an understatement. I want everyone to come here. Why are you going anywhere else? They had me come back to watch the process, they explained every step and why my AC wasn’t working before, and the price was so manageable. I was expecting like a $500 charge for this service but when it came out to $200 for the recharge AND the new parts I needed I’m absolutely floored in the best way. Never taking my car anywhere else ever again. I found my forever mechanics!

Had an issue with my tire stem. Came into the shop and the lady mechanic immediately told me the tire was no good and they provided me with a used tire at no cost. All they wanted in return was to safe safe and stay cool in this heat. Definitely going back when for all of my car mechanical needs.

I can honestly say that I felt that I was treated like family. All of my needs were met. I was promptly seen with no appointment as I had a slow leak in my tire. Ed said he always prioritized the safety of people over anything that wasn't time sensitive. I recommended this place to everyone I knew that was local.

Thank you so much to Ed’s automotive for coming clutch this morning. We drive 4 hours to Hershey and we ran a deer over and it broke the under carriage shield down and we called around to find a place and Ed’s came highly recommended and they are low car friendly. But thank you again for fixing it.

I have been a customer of Ed's Automotive for many years. They have always been honest with me regarding needed work and stand behind thier work. Ed installed a belt tensioner and belt for me, the tensioner failed within a couple months and he replaced it at no cost to me. They have always been timely in getting our vehicle back to us when they are being serviced. Thanks Ed and Amanda

This place is fantastic. Gave me options as to what needs to be done and what should be done. All depended on my budget. Got the major job done in a few hours. Which was awesome because I needed the car for work the next day.

Went back to Ed's after a few years of using the local 'franchised' shops, and so glad I did. While I only got an oil change and tire rotation done, I was able to chat with Ed and acquire a better understanding of future service needs that may come up, and what might be necessary and what wouldn't. This level of honesty and integrity is in short supply these days and it was definitely reassuring to be able to have the conversation with Ed and I'll be going back from now on.
