I will never use this body shop again!! Worst experience ever! That’s all I’m gonna say. Not enough time in a day to type the experience I had. And from the looks of it in other reviews, they’re pretty much doing the same thing to everyone. Not replacing parts and doing shabby work until you call them out on it. ????

My experience with Wright Collision of Ambridge started off okay, I had an insurance claim due to severe weather, and needed my rear windshield replaced and some body work done. Got the car back in about 3 weeks, and at first I thought they did great. I dropped off my rental and after getting in my car and driving to work, I noticed several problems. My headliner is missing retaining clips, headliner also has water lines on it that certainly shouldn't be there, the "A pillars" are all mangled from what looks like prying on it, the rear plastic parts behind the back seat head rests are just hanging there, there are a couple spots of overspray, some sort of blue substance is on my passenger door and A pillar, the windshield seems to have micro-bubbles/cracks all around it, and there is still about 1/8th to 1/4 gap between my rear glass and roof. I called the manager Greg to get these problems addressed on May 16th, and it seemed to be okay. I was told to come in May 29th, the day after memorial day, and they would give me a loaner vehicle while they fixed what they messed up. The morning of the 29th, I was there 15 minutes before they opened at 8, and Greg and I started to fill out paperwork. He went into the back office to speak to another employee, to which they came out and said that "we messed up another customers car friday and had to give out our loaner vehicle, and my technician has some vacation time coming up". I asked when that would be, and was told "today or tomorrow". I called back on the 30th, said who I was and was just checking to see when they would be getting their loaner car back. Once again I was told "today or tomorrow". Fast forward to June 3rd, I still haven't heard anything so I decided to email Greg. I said I would like to know if they will be fixing my car or if I should have it taken elsewhere to be repaired. I did receive an email later that day stating they received their loaner back late Friday, and they would be reaching out shortly to schedule the repairs of the short falls. It is now June 8th, nothing about when I will be able to drop off my car, no sort of update. I am now rolling up on 1 month having my car in this state, and it seems like no effort is being put into fixing what they messed up. "We messed up another customers car" and "my technician has some vacation time coming up" does not warrant me having to wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time.

I will update this review on work done. Thus far I am not a fan. It has been past 30 days and I am still waiting. I was not updated at all, I have had to call weekly for updates, otherwise I would be just sitting here with no updates. I am now paying out of pocket for the rental as I have exceeded my 30 days rental with my insurance company. This place should really consider offering loaner cars or reimbursing people/paying for customer rental cars past the 30 days (either full or at least partial reimbursement) if repairs are going to exceed 30 days and they should call with updates without a customer having to call.

This garage did a good job fixing my car however I have been waiting to get my deductible back from insurance. I come to find out 8 months later my insurance paid my deductible as well. My insurance reached out to them and the manager called. I was suppose to receive a check within 4 weeks. I called and the manager said once it went to accounting it was on them. I called accounting after the 4 weeks and they hadn’t even written the check. I waited a few days and followed up again and have not received a call back. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They should not have accepted the payment from my insurance or notified me months ago that they had received a double payment for my deductible. I can forget all of that but it’s been nearly 5 weeks and I still do not have my money back. I work hard and have a family… $500 is not something I have just sitting around.

The guys did a great job on my vehicle, matched the paint perfectly, went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations greatly. Competitive pricing and we’re able to get me in and out quickly as well. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!Services: Painting

My insurance company referred me to Wright to have my tailgate replaced in Aug of '22. They finally got my truck in Nov '22. They never finished the job. I'm missing badges on my tailgate that they said was on backorder. 1 year later and .... you guessed it, still on backorder. Don't waste your time with this placeServices: Painting

Wight Collision is top-notch. Greg, Zach and the entire staff were so friendly and professional. I had a small comprehensive claim and went through my insurance company. The claims department recommended them to me since they were on their approved list of collisions centers. My car is brand new (2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition) and I have only made 6 payments on it. These guys put my mind at ease. They assured me that once they were done repairing my vehicle that I would never know there was a dent. They got me in quickly and when I picked up my car a few days later it looked perfect! I was so happy and I can't thank them enough for making my baby look perfect!!! I highly recommend Wright Collision for all of your comprehensive and collision body work! They work on all makes of vehicles!!! They freaking rock!

Nice guys even told me to try dent wizard, it would probably be cheaper. He wanted the job but suggested to get an estimate from dent wizard and gave me the name and phone number.

Undecided. I still have no headlights. Staff said it was the fuse, but I had those checked. I’m going to see if the warranty from Farmers can be used elsewhere- it’s getting dark when I leave for work in the AM.Services: Steering & suspension repair

No proper estimate on damages along with missing obvious damage. Several completion dates. Not ordering mirror parts but buying a new mirror which took months. Still waiting to complete claim for 11/12/2022! Too much cost and insurance company changed comp claim to collision on 8/8/2023. After being open for 9 months! Terrible. They have knowledge of my physical condition. Terrible shop. Can't get car fixed. Why didn't they replace the interior parts. The shell wasn't broken.

I was told 5-6 business days for completion. It ended up being 13. I did not find out it was going to take twice as long until I called on the day I was supposed to pick up my car. On day 12 I went to pick up my car and it wasn't right. The inside of the door either wasn't painted or the tape was pulled off wet. The section was covered in putty and I had to scrape it off to find out there was no paint. They did fix it correctly, but it took yet another day. It is also very difficult to get someone on the phone. It's easier to stop in to get an update. Here are the positives, Wright came in $400 less than Moon Auto Body, they were able to get me in within 2 weeks of scheduling (Moon Auto was 6 months), and it was eventually done correctly.
