The green lawn waste can was not emptied on the due date. When I called, the system stated that the lawn can was emptied, which wasn't the case. I am normally very happy with WM customer service and pick up. However, I called to have a bulk pick up. Four very small dining chairs i was told I could only put out one each week. I did what they ask starting on the week/day I was told to put it out. First week I put a chair out. No pick up. Thought we’ll maybe I’ll try next week. Put the same chair out. No pick up! Third and fourth week no pick up. The most frustrating thing was when I called to ask them about it I could no longer speak to a person. They had changed to online service only. There was not an option to explain what had happened and no way to reach anyone. Very disappointed!! I want the way things were handled before. I actually got to speak to a person before the change. They have been very reliable. Pickup site has always been clean even before the new trucks. I like the hazardous pickup also. Very reliable, more than me actually. (Forgot to get pickup out early).Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal

The prices have gone up drastically. It is almost impossible to get a real person on the phone. The new cans make large scale items impossible to get rid of reasonably. The men who take my garbage are still great.Service: Junk removal

We have had service since July. We are now in October and still have not received garbage cans. After 5 calls, and countless promises they will be there the following weeks. Due to our garbage not being in cans (bc they have not provide one and refuse to pick up unless in cans provided from them.) Several times they have refused our pick up leading to garbage being all over our neighborhood. The garbage not only was all over the place but there was glass left all over where children play.After several calls, hours spent on the phone from different members in our house, they still have not provided a garbage can and refused pick up today. All this time they have consistently billed us for all of the missed pick ups and have billed us for the cans that we will do not have. This is just unacceptable service.

I ordered new trash containers on Sept 5th and was given a date for delivery Oct 4th. Put out old containers on the 4th for exchange and never came. I finally got a chat to tell me new date of Oct.6th and again put out barrels for exchange and again a no show. an hour getting in touch with W/M and now the 17th. We will see. but an email to let me know they were not coming would be in order and they have billed me for the exchange which a month and a half later has not happened yet.

The new containers need to vary in size based on customer usage. They are difficult to store, difficult to maneuver when full especially when our home is several hundred feet from the township road. The new system for pick-up does not work well for hilly terrain.

Scheduled on line pickup.Ordered two (2) bags. Received one(1) bag.Read that whatever didn’t fit in bag , to stack along side.
