I went in to try to track a package that is coming from China (trusted site I've used multiple times) and the man working couldn't locate the package as it is coming from a different carrier then through USPS. However, he told me to come back in a week, if the package didn't arrive, and he would try to see what was going on with the shipping time. He was extremely nice and willing to help me and answer my questions.

I wanna start off by saying that the people in the office are extremely rude, and the people delivering the mail are extremely careless. my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. it was a large, I live in an apartment building so I opened the doors for her so she could access the building. she did not even try to access the building at all. she put a notice in my MAILBOX pretty much saying there was not enough room in the mailbox to put the package. which is very obvious. I let it slide because I assumed she just didn’t know to go INTO THE BUILDING AND UP THE STAIRS! anyway, I rescheduled for Tuesday the 7th, and made sure to put a sign up, leave the door open for her once again, and once again she didn’t take it into the building and claimed she couldn’t get in. which is not true. So I called the office and told them the man whom I spoke to was SO rude. pretty much called me a liar, and then said the best he could do was reschedule it again. which I couldn’t wait for because I’m trying to run a business. It was an ARGUMENT but I was eventually told to just pick my package up at 4 before they close at 4:30. honestly if you can use a substitution for delivery just do that. So unprofessional.

Best post office around. Sent something to California and it didn’t take months like it did for our ancestors and it cost me less than an hours work at my job. Can you really complain?

Is this a joke? Why won’t my mail carrier pick up my mail??? And if my mail carrier refuses to pick up my mail, every single time, and it gets stolen, who is responsible???

My mail person constantly takes me mail. If I don't collect it EVERY SINGLE Day (including packages he stuffs in my mailbox) he takes it back to the post office. Such a pain bc I work until 3:30 an hour away.

This office has new front desk clerks. Yesterday was the second time I sent a package and they reached over to confirm the address without me having a chance to make sure it was correct and they don't give a receipt that has the tracking number. Without a receipt you can't give them a poor survey for their rude behaviorBefore the change in staff the front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful to those that needed assistance.

Really disappointed in this post office based off recent deliveries. 1st they marked a package delivered when it wasn't, when I called the 800 number and opened an investigation into a stolen package, the carrier showed up within 10mins with my package and complained to me that he was just trying to prolong his hours so he could get more money, my package wasn't stolen. Left a bad taste.I'm paying money that I worked hard for to get items I need at the cheapest price possible and this carrier tried to shame me and steal my items?! A federal employee. Tried to rob me. 2nd time a package was to be delivered by ambridge USPS, they left a notice 5.20.20 stating the package had no secure area to be left at, I signed the form and left instructions to leave package on my back steps (they've left packages there before with no issue or prompting) package was never left, I signed up for redelivery on a day I knew I would be home. Got a 2nd failed delivery attempt the day before my redelivery request date. (5.28.20) in my mailbox. No big deal, I requested redelivery for 5.29.20.5.29.20: waited until 3:30pm for my package. Called the local post office number, took 30mins to get an answer, DeWayne answered. Gave him my info about my package, he put me on hold to contact the carrier and after 10mins came back to my call to say the carrier did not deliver because my dog tried to attack him and he (dewayne) okayed the carrier leaving because safety of carriers is #1 priority...which, I would have been cool with...if I had a dog. Or any kind of dog was on my property.Dewayne tried to say there must have been other dogs in the building I live in that prevented delivery. I told him I did not have a dog (my dog passed in January) and the only animals in my entire building were cats. 3 cats total. Between 2 apartments.I don't know what house they were trying to deliver my package to but it certainly wasn't mine. I have cameras on my front lawn/sidewalk and my front door. Nobody came. And there is certainly no footage of a mail carrier being chased or attacked by dogs. No mail carrier even showed. There are NO dogs on premises.DeWayne stated my package would be delivered tomorrow now. I'm not home tomorrow. I chose this date for my redelivery and your carrier invented a fantasy. If I get another notice that my package is "undeliverable" tomorrow, I will be calling the post master general. Its theft by deception.I can see why the post office is going out of business.

The carrier for duss ave has been for months now putting my mail in the other apartments mailbox I have reported thus the post master several times now and just today they put a package in the wrong mailbox again!!! All because he doesn't wanna open a screen door and lift the lid to my mailbox!!!!! Thus is extremely un-exceptable with it being tax time to boot no wonder I haven't received my tax return in the mail! There all to lazy to do there jobs professionally even tho they get paid 17.50 an hour!!! Do your job the way the law says!!!!
