Called and had questions about repairing my vaccum. He told me the repair was not worth the cost in this particular case.Refreshing honesty to have a repair shop not just take things in to fix and charge an arm and a leg. Awesome place to purchase quality vacuums! Can’t recommend Sebo and Simplicity enough. Mine are still going strong after years of use with only bag and belt changes needed.
