Over priced like every other vapeshop. I'd love to be able to support brick and morters, but when you can get the same stuff for 50% cheaper online it's hard not to.

The man at the front desk was very rude to me. I bought a defective device, I came back 5 minutes later to replace it. I was not originally given a receipt. The man had an attitude with me right away, told me not to look at the attendant that helped me originally. I have never been treated this way before. I will never return to this establishment again, and will warn people of the treatment this place gives their customers. He gave me 2 different pens to try with the same problem. I am mortified with how this man treated me. He had an aggressive tone and if my pen did not cost $30 I would have turned around and walked out. Never will return ever again.

I live around here and i’m happy to say this is my favorite shop in beaver county & literally all the good brands and the staff is very knowledgeable and don’t mind explaining everything & aren’t pushy at all. very chill & good prices

So, I can understand the issue with people paying in change being a bit upsetting if it's a large amount, however I brought my best friend in to buy cigarettes with the last $3 to his name as he is out of work at the moment. Unfortunately that money was in change. He asked for the cheapest menthol rolled cigarellos and was told his total was $2.75. As he finishes counting the total out, the young cashier not seeming to have any issue with it, the owner (?) Ig, decided to berate my friend for choosing to spend the last of his money at his establishment. "I'm not a bank, the next time you come here, if you pay like this you'll be asked to leave."Oh, sir. There's no danger of that happening again. Don't you worry. The absolute unprofessional indecency of the way you spoke to him was uncalled for. There are ways to ask people gently not to pay in change. A simple "hey, I know times are hard but we really don't like to take large amounts of change" would have sufficed.But to berate someone and make them feel like trash for paying in change when they have no other choice because they dont have any other funds is rude and heartless. Have you never struggled in your life?Look, I get it, running a business is hard and stressful, but if you're the type to speak to your clientele like this regularly, maybe you should hire some front of store staff and remain behind the scenes yourself.Again, I'm not saying that you don't have a right to ask that people don't pay that way, but there are professional and kinder ways to address it than the absolute childish way you spoke to another grown man.If I could give less than a star I would. Clearly our patronage won't matter as it's not much to begin with, but I hope people learn of your lack of basic human decency and choose to go elsewhere. .

I bought a piece for a friend, and was double charged upon checkout. I waited for weeks as instructed for my overpayment to be charged back. Having never been reimbursed I went in to request a refund, upon asking I was told that wasn't going to be possible. I then asked if I could simply pick out an item of equal value, and that was even questioned. After having been rudely denied my legal property, I had been given attitude when he was forced to give me an equal value item. Disappointed in the customer service here.

Guy sold me a vinci R mod that didnt even have a charger or instructions in the box. Ontop of that he convinced me to buy nic salt juice which wasn't even compatible with the vape. Now I've been calling all day to speak with a manager, the first time I called i was put on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a manager who never came to the phone, after that every time I call it rings once or twice and goes to a voicemail which is full. I'm under the assumption that I was sold a used vape and wasn't notified of it. Don't worry I'll stop in person as soon as I can get there.

The staff is great, knowledgeable and very friendly. They carry vape and smoke products. Special requests can be ordered here as well. Accessible parking in lot next to building, and street parking directly in front. Highly recommend you check them out.
