Check-in was quick and painless - the appointment process worked as you said it would. The lady who drew the blood was quick, friendly and professional. The location is right in our town and the blood was analyzed and results given to my designated medical teams and me that day.

I went here to get my blood drawn, I asked them if they could check to see if my insurance would take and they did. They said that it wouldn't be expensive that it would be about 40-50 $ charge. Now I have a bill being sent to me saying I owe them $411. I can't afford this. I explained before they drew my blood that if it was going to be expensive that I can't afford it and that I needed to know if my insurance would cover it. They said my insurance will. I called them once I got the first notice of the bill and they explained that they don't accept my insurance. Do not go here. It is the biggest scam ever. I'm stuck with a 400$ bill I can't even pay and now it's ruining my credit. They won't even help me because I don't have proof that that is what was said. This place is a joke!

Excellent, friendly, on time. Nice that we finally got someone that is on time and friendly and is staying with us. I used to dread seeing a different face nearly every time I had to get blood drawn.

Always stop here for my drug tests and was always super easy and friendly. But this time I was 90 min early before closing and it was completely booked. Make sure to make an appointment with them before going. This can be done by going to Google and typing in quest scheduling.

I used to always go here and I will not go again. The employee working refused walk-ins when there was absolutely no one at the facility or on the board. Any other Quest facility takes walk-ins with no issue and other Quest facilities told me this employee should of not refused patients. This is a big issue at this location and with this particular employee. Something needs addressed here.

Best service we ever had: a lot of customers in the waiting area, appointments first. We were helped by a courteous lady, working quick with incredible attention to detail, plus no damage to the veins- done always by others- and still time to care and for a few nice words under the highest pressure of ten minutes distance between appointments, and a lot of waiting walk in customers. Thank you for your business!

That was most definitely the best experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn! Please hire more people like Nikki that are trained properly and have the highest level of professionalism!No pain! No pinch! Easy and fast! My veins are not easy to work with! She had no issues whatsoever!

I only leave a review when a place is awful or when a place is amazing and I’m VERY happy to say that this place is fantastic! I do wish that it was open for longer hours, but I understand very well that that’s not in the control of those working there. They kept knocking out appointments one after the other! In the 30-40 minutes I was there (I had to call my doctor due to an issue on my side), they took and released nearly a dozen patients! They were so patient when I had to call my doctor to fix a problem and sent me back to the waiting room to not slow down their flow. Once I was in, I can’t tell you how incredible the staff were. I’m absolutely terrified of needles, but they talked and joked with me the whole time and made something that scares me into an actually enjoyable experience. 10/10 will be returning here for my next round of bloodwork!

I was there on 08/24/21 had a 10:30 appointment the worker came out and took a patient back that didn’t have an appointment because he was waiting so long that was at 10:35 in which it was my time to go back so at 10:59 I finally got called back to get my blood work done why do you have appointment times when your worker doesn’t follow them very unacceptable my rating for this day is a minus Five Star ⭐️ So here we go again on 10/31/21 I was there for a 10:15 appointment today the worker took a lady back at 10:02 to make a blood donation I’m not sure on how long that would take but they where talking up a storm back there so at 10:29 I finally got called to go back and have my blood work done so this makes two weeks in a row that I had to wait pass my appointment time unacceptable I hope you can address the on going problems that this location is having thank you.

I arrived at 7:20 am because I had to start work (remotely) at 8 am. There was only one staff working, one patient already back with her, and no one waiting in the waiting room when I arrived. Another patient joined the waiting room about 15 min after I arrived. The staff and patient in the back were overheard talking incessantly and finally finished at 7:45 am. THEN SHE TOOK THE OTHER PATIENT BACK. I left without getting my bloodwork because I did not have another 25+ minutes to wait. Not returning to this location.

I was sent to this branch for testing. I made no appointment and was checked in and tested in 7 minutes. The woman who runs this branch is very efficient and deserves a raise.
