Wonderful theater space in a working class neighborhood. Great, different shows as well as community work. Every neighborhood needs an Iron Horse Theater Company

Real rating should be 3.5. Theater itself is fine, despite small size. Prices are very reasonable.Went for a comedy night. 1st 2 comediennes weren't funny. 3rd wasn't bad. Headliner was good and did a good job, lots of laughs. He saved the night.

This is a jewel of a small community theater in Ambridge. London Cain, the artistic director, with the assistance of his wife, Maya Andlig, has lovingly refurbished the building. They present plays, both well-known and brand new, and with assistance from a Heinz grant, they have a fantastic concert series every year. They have great summer drama camps for kids, too. And a lovely outdoors event venue. This place is truly a community asset.

Here in the "rust belt" of southwestern Pennsylvania, in Ambridge, PA, on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, is a gem of a community theater. Since 2016 this non-profit group of folks has been bringing some delightful productions to the community with some very talented thespians, directors, production crews, and artists of all kinds to put on a variety of outstanding productions. My daughter has been in shows here and I had a distinct pleasure, on Father's day, of attending a most excellent production of "Harps and Harmonicas". She is currently looking to be in one or more productions here in the near future and I have been impressed with the people involved in this great little community theater both out front and behind the scenes. This season (202) has The Boys Next Door, The Mad Ones, Doubt: A Parable and Musical on tap so far this season. Bottom line: They need more parking so if you don't arrive early you might be pressed to seek it out on the surrounding streets, the theater isn't huge but it's quaint and there are some really talented folks here with a lot of heart. Recommended!

Saw the show about Mike Webster 12:52 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be returning for new performances. My wife, who is not an avid football fan, also enjoyed the show even though it is sad story although it also had some bright spots, Mikes friends.
