“This is one of the few stores left in the plaza in which it is located, it is a bit run down but they still have the same type of stuff in the store as they always have had, now that "Giant Eagle" is gone and if they no longer have any issues with having freezers in the store because of it, they should get some freezers and have frozen foods and items available”

“Hadn't been for awhile, so decided to check it out. Was disappointed to see a lot more furniture...assumes this means this Big Lots will end up the same way the one in Aliquippa is -all furniture. Right now they still have grocery items and normal department store-type items. If they keep them, I'll keep going. If they move to all furniture, I'm sure they'll end up like every other furniture store in the area...bankrupt and closed.”

“Clean organized store w good inventory. The Manager was very helpful, I believe his name is Ron??? Not sure but cool guy. The cashier was also very pleasant I believe Marianne??? Bad w names but it was about 5:30 pm. There was also a guy who helped that was getting off his shift. Overall very pleasant team”

“Me and my mom visited this place today to buy household items for my new apt I’m moving in and one of the employees (Selda) offered help to us and made sure we got everything we needed. Right from the start, she graciously offered her assistance and went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed. Selda's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her guidance throughout our visit was invaluable. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of a wonderful store employee. I can't express how grateful we are for her assistance, and I genuinely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. A heartfelt thank you to her for making our day so much brighter! :))”
“I have to say they have an associate there named Mansil and he goes above and beyond, and is the most pleasant worker there EVER ! He needs to replace the manager !! He will stop what ever he is doing to help a customer out ! I hope someone High up reads this and rewards him for his EXCELLENT Customer Service skills and his ability to make customers feel special. “The Big Lots stores in Pittsburgh (Moon twp.) and in Fairmont , WV are both wonderful. Finding deals and fun items with wonderful and helpful employees. HOWEVER...PLEASE NOTE: THE ONE IN Bridgeport, WV....local to me....is horrible. Items not stocked well and absolutely rude employees! As a disabled woman I went up to the counter when there was no one in line and they forced me to walk around the entire display area before I was allowed to check out! The rudeness continued during the checkout purchase. I may be disabled...but I am an RNC PhD x2 and own a jewelry and specialty gift shop for over 22 years.! I would never treat anyone....even a homeless person the way I was treated here! Considering filing a state complaint! Sad , because the other 2 stores are wonderful and a pleasure to shop in!”
“This Dollar Tree store now sells products that cost more than one dollar. Some products cost a few to several dollars, and gift cards can be bought for a value of up to hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, most products still are inexpensive.I browsed this store’s holiday decorations, hygiene products, cleaning products, pet supplies, office supplies, snack foods, etcetera. I saw brand names and generic names. I noticed that unopened boxes cluttered the aisles.I picked several products to buy. The cashier promptly and accurately scanned my products and processed my payment. I appreciated that he said hello, thank you, and good day.”
“I think goodwill is changing their practice so I had to do revised review. Today we did our rounds and they have way more nice stuff on the floor. I love the fact they have tons of cloths. Xmas stuff could be more. But was nice. They have lots kitchen things. Electronics could be more but I saw some amazing things. Check out all things I saw here. Maybe you can run by and get a good deal.”
“I just wanted to comment on the cashier’s attitude tonight. I unfortunately forgot to catch his name on his name tag, but there were a couple of folks in line in front of me. He seemed to be new due to the manager having to help him with a gift card purchase. He had such a driven and positive attitude. I hope this reaches him so he knows just his smile and infectious vibe made my night after a long work shift of mine. Keep up the amazing work my dude!”

“I'm very pleased with our Aliquippa store. I choose to go here over family dollar because they have better prices and friendlier staff. And the defiantly have a better food section. It's also a very clean atmosphere and the shelves are always pretty stocked with lots of items. I would recommend this store to everyone I know.”

“Although the layout of most Dollar Generals is the same, the employees in this store, are exceptional. I went into get a few things on my way home and the employees were friendly, hard working and provided great customer service. Even with the pandemic, the store was very clean and sanitized and employees wore face masks like we should or at least be considerate of each other and just stay home. Gave 100% customer service.”
“This location is pretty neat. It has a menagerie of items you'd least expect. My recent purchase included a houseplant freshly delivered to the store. It's a good place to drop into when you want to avoid the larger grocery stores.”
