“Was looking online for a reliable, honest mechanic I could trust, since mechanic that once serviced my vehicles for 10+ years was no longer in service. Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. Will be taking my vehicle to them going forward. If looking for a trustworthy and friendly shop this is the one. Highly recommend ?”

“I had a 10AM appointment yesterday to see why one of my tires had a slow leak. By 10:15AM the techs at Mavis had diagnosed the issue and we discussed my options. They were friendly and customer service oriented, which I find to be rare these days. Trevor, the service writer who assisted me, was exceptional and communicated effectively what had occurred and how I could remedy the problem. I will be back for service needs in the future and will recommend this location to my friends and family.”

They took several detailed documented photos, ran through a comprehensive mechanical snd cosmetic checklist, and reviewed the results with me in 24 hours (Alex took a call over the weekend for me as I was in a rush)! Not only that, they also continued to spend their time and engagement with me post PPI, as I had further questions after the PPI.
