The staff was kind enough to fit our sick cat in for an appointment ahead of our scheduled appointment. Dr. Capuzzi was very kind to RocketMan. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to RocketMan the next day. Dr. Capuzzi called us with her condolences. It was very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone for being so kind to our precious RocketMan.

Almost all my cats, spanning across several decades, have been lifelong patients of Spring House Animal Hospital and even now that I live further away I still make the drive to see them because I appreciate their commitment to my animals!

Had a very good experience today with Dr Nelson and team. They were able to fit me in on short notice and gave relief to Tilly's discomfort. She is making a great recovery

Another vet I was supposed to take my 11 week puppy to cancelled the day of & Spring House Veterinary was able to get me in the next day! I’m glad it worked out the way it did because all of the ladies here were amazing! Amber the receptionist. Adrienne (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) the Vet Tech? was so kind and very informative, giving me lots of tips/tricks for training my pup & general care. She was very good with my dog & answered all of my questions thoroughly. Same with the Dr. Staff is knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals. Thank you Spring House Vet!! (:

I appreciate the communication and responsiveness of the practice. I’ve been to other practices that oversell testing that is not necessary. I like that they discuss what is needed and why.

I called our vet that we had gone to for years to get our pup seen and was told I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment because he had not yet been in. So on advice from a co-worker I called Spring House and they took us right in. They were great, the staff was kind and the doctor took her time and explained everything clearly. We will be taking our dogs to Spring House from now on.

Dr. Powell and all his staff were so patient and calm with my senior rescue pup, even in the most difficult situations. We received much better care at this small hospital than at the big animal hospitals with dozens of doctors. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nelson and the team have been incredible; especially these last couple of years as my dog, Walter, has been getting older and having some issues. They treat Walter like he is their own, and consistently go above and beyond for us. Last year we were in Florida when Walter had a seizure. I called to get some guidance in a moment of panic. They walked me through what to do and even called back just to check in a few days later. Just one examples but I’ll never forget it. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

I am very happy with my experience at Springhouse Animal Hospital. My cat Sam started to show signs that he could be in pain, last weekend. Even though Sam was not yet a patient here, Dr. Powell fit him on his already busy Saturday for an appointment.After listening to all of my concerns, he ran an xray and found that one of his discs ruptured. He talked to me about all options and came up with a plan to help treat Sam. After the weekend, the staff called to check in on Sam and when I ask to speak with Dr. Powell about other questions I had, he called me that same morning.I’m so happy to find Springhouse Animal hospital and Dr. Powell. I highly recommend this practice. I know my sweet cat Sam is in great hands.Thank you again!!!
