Truly the best jewelry shop in town. Customer service, quality/selection of products, and atmosphere in the store were superb. Very fair prices and was treated excellently by all of the staff. Alison was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were fully met! I simply cannot recommend this place enough.

Got sold an "lv high bury" that I took to lv in kop to get cleaned. Had Versace, Chanel, and other stores which had ex lv employees. All verified bag is completely counterfeit. 1000& counterfeit bag on consignment? I'm now single due to already being in a rough patch, telling her just got her something she's gonna love. Handed her a fake bag. She knew immediately as she looked t the zipper. Wasn't even fully out of the bag. Didn't believe that I wasnt tryna trick her and left me. Highly advise not relying on their expertise, or lack there of, on ANY potentially life Changkng purchase. Can't believe they even sell fake bags, had this listed as The real deal and would hardly haggle with me on the price. Unreal.

I always have the best experience at so sweet jewelers! I worked in the jewelry industry for some time and I can confidently say that Rosemarys prices are beyond fair unlike a lot of the stores that seem to price gouge. Her staff is lovely, Knowledgeable & easy to work with. It’s my go to jewelry place from here on.

We’ve been shopping with Rosemary for over 20 years. We frequented her previous location for gifts, memorable occasions especially birthday and anniversary gifts .Her pieces are stunning and prices are totally fair. She and her staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. Both of our sons had their custom engagement rings designed by Rosemary. The stones were purchased from her and the rings were just gorgeous and unique. I would not shop anywhere else. The shop is a real treasure.

My first time in this store. Owner Rosemary is very friendly. Nice store with nice selection. I needed a battery for my Movado that most jewelers wouldn't touch. Rosemary did immediately! I'll be back and tell everyone about her shop!

I'm sure most people reviewing this place bought jewelry and had no issue. Cute shop, nice people. But don't get a repair done here. Save yourself the headache. I thought I was doing a good deed by going to a small shop for a simple chain repair. The basic extender repair took over a month, when no timeline was even presented when I dropped the chain off. I left three voicemails that were not returned, one message through their website messaging system that was not answered, and an email to the address listed on their website that bounced back. When I went into the shop in person to get an update on the status of the repair, I was brushed off and told I'd be called as though I was being impatient. After they finally called me to tell me it was done, with no mention of the time that had passed or the messages that were left, the repair ended up costing 3-4x what I was quoted at drop-off. Time and cost are two things I would be flexible about with a jewelry repair if any expectation had been set. Won't be back here for any gifts or repairs, unfortunately.

Rosemary is a wonderful shop owner.. If you need repairs or custom designs for jewelry pieces she is the person to go to . She is extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on all the trends and has a great eye for designing special pieces. Her store has everything from vintage jewelry to the most modern , along with an assortment of wonderful gifts.

My son stopped by the store today during working hours for a jewelry repair and it closed. No signage saying be right back, nothing on the website or phone message about being closed. Not sure what to think but will take my business elsewhere.

I stopped in today to get help with a tight knot on a chain purchased elsewhere. Lynn was incredibly generous with her time to remove the knot. As I browsed while waiting for my necklace repair, I found 2 beautiful pairs of earrings at a great price. I will definitely be back!
