Best insurance company I ever had, they take the time to listen to our needs and find a plan that's right for us and filling a claim is very easy and they work quickly to resolve the situation

Initially Ryan from Allstate gave better price and said that we at Allstste don't increase insurance price every 6 months like other insurance company. But as like other insurance company they hiked the price saying PA state wants to increase the price, ok. After few months again went up, does PA state wants to increase every few month. I tried to reach Ryan with whom I initially spoked, to get better price but I never got him over the phone. Whenever I call some sales person will come and tell me if you increase your deductible it will go down. I am not happy with Allstate considering to change with other company.

Absolutely awful agency . Just found out when I made changes to my policy they never put Tort back on , which is a Pa Law, tried this morning to reach agency no answer. Emailed Ryan out of office until 7/1 gave phone # for C. Moore no answer on that line either.

All around bad experience with this agency. When our premiums were going to rise in February, we wanted to reduce them by raising the deductible going forward for when the policy renews. They took it upon themselves to make that effective the day of our phone call in January without confirming this is what we wanted to do (why would we change our policy during a period when its already paid in full for). So, naturally we had a claim during that month gap and had to pay a $750 dollar deductible when it should have been $500 because our policy had not renewed yet. We cannot get anyone at this office to acknowledge they made a mistake, just keep getting the run around to different departments. We have asked to speak with Ryan multiple times but he refuses to reach out to his client to resolve an issue his team is responsible for. Been waiting for a call from office manager Bob for the past 2 days but still nothing. It is clear this agency doesn't prioritize their current clients and taking accountability. When our policy is up for renewal we will be sprinting from them, would give zero stars if I could.

Agency is okay, but Allstate's claims process is horrible. Coming up on 8 months I am waiting to be made whole for a broken sewer pipe and it's delay delay delay. Auto premiums also went up by 45% this past year. Will be moving to another insurer as soon as possible.
