Not a huge fan of management there. Have been talked down to a few times. Dipty, however, is amazing- solves problems and always maintains her composure.

Horrible service! If I could give negative stars I would! There are a couple great tellers that deliver great customer care but management is rude, arrogant, and lack the ability to explain anything in detail. I left PNC years ago for their ridiculous policies and the fees they charge you for everything. After my experience today I was reminded why you have to be crazy to bank with PNC.

Never seen a place with people standing around and not wait on customer, instead you gotta make an appointment. Complete Bs.

Dipty is the best bank employee I've ever dealt with. She just put me at ease and made my transaction so much easier. The parking lot here is decent, unlike some banks. But really, the service is what makes me love this location. She was just so kind and pleasant. Wish there were only Diptys at every PNC.

The manager there, Sandra, is the worst. Completely irrational and incapable of managing a Bank. If you like getting the run around and never actually accomplishing anything, come to PNC Bank in Ambler.

I used to be a huge fan of PNC and recommended it to many friends and family. Unfortunately, the quality of service has plummeted over the years. I have been thinking about closing my account for some time now and after today's condescending interactions I will no longer be a PNC customer.

I enjoy PNC and the company as a whole but my experience at this branch was very undesirable. I stopped by the branch because I only needed one check. Their greeted escorted me to an individual named Andrew who was to take care of it. He asked if I wanted to order checks and I thanked him but declined.Asking to order a book of check was expected. What was not expected was what happened afterward. He left his cubicle to grab the check and when he came back he closed the door to his cubicle and began to ask about my account in detail and make comments on them. This was unexpected. He then began his “up sell†process trying to sell me a savings account (no thanks I already have one with PNC..guess he didn't know that) then he tried product after produc from credit cards to mortgages and I'm like “how does asking for one check equivocate the necessity of those products?†He never bothered to ask about what I wanted. He then began his littany of the typical upsell process . If he was trying to sell he did a poor job. Throwing products at a consumer to see what sticks is not how you sell. Finding out what the customer needs are through a consultative approach, and matching those needs with a PNC product is how you sell.
