I was overjoyed to see my expectations were met and then some! All I told Melissa was that I needed a carribean style arrangement. I allowed her to create the palette. Boy am I happy allowed her to create because the arrangement far surpassed what I could have communicated. Not to mention they lasted an extended period of time after the event so I had beautiful flowers keeping me company at home. Melissa is my new go to florist.

I ordered a floral bouquet for $100 and it was delivered to the wrong address, by the time the flowers got to their destination they were wilted. I sent a note to the florist and never received any response.

I bought a flower arrangement for my wife in celebration of our 17 years of marriage. Melissa-May Florals ruined my anniversary present for my wife! My order was for August 5th delivery. They did not provide a delivery time and I did not ask for a specific time because they charge extra. I called to get an ETA on delivery, but the phone number is not in service. I sent them two emails, and they never responded. I sent them a message on Facebook, and they did not respond to that either. The flowers arrived at 4:40 PM. I ordered the premium Pastel Beauty. I did not receive premium but a regular arrangement! This arrangement (according to the photo on their website) is supposed to have white calla lilies, white hydrangeas, day lilies and roses in soft pastel colors. There was not even a single calla lily in this arrangement! The woman who made the delivery said that they have the right to substitute flowers. Yes, I know, but you cannot substitute expensive flowers with cheap ones! You cannot advertise pastels and give me a bunch of cheaper bright yellow day lilies! I will never order flowers from this company again. Due to their lack of response to my calls and messages, I am disputing the charge with my bank since the product they sold me was not the one I ordered.

I am extremely disappointed in everything about my order. What I ordered and what my friend (who is battling cancer right now)received is nothing what the picture looked like on the website. I completely understand it may not exactly look like it and there may be substitutions, but I showed numerous people what I ordered and what was actually received and they all agreed. I ordered an arrangement with a stylish, cool looking vase and what my friend got delivered was a standard, boring glass vase. Also, the flowers in the arrangement my friend received included one rose(the website picture had at least 3 or 4) and a bunch of filler flowers. What a waste of money. I tried calling MULTIPLE times to let your company know I was dissatisfied with my order and left two voicemails asking for a call back and two weeks later, I still haven’t heard back. I literally have only ever written one poor review before and was trying to avoid it, but because customer service is lacking big time with no call back I had no other choice. I will never recommend your company nor use it ever again.
