She teaches you everything that you need to know. She makes sure you know how to contact her or the office. She answers questions thoroughly, and you can tell she cares about making sure you have the right equipment for you. Their auto ordering setup has worked well for me which is good because likely wouldn't even take full advantage of my reordered supplies if it weren't for their efforts.
