This place had great reviews on google so I thought I'd stop by for a quote and see what they're like. The receptionist was very friendly, she greeted me right away and took down my information. Brian, the agent I spoke with, was very professional and knowledgeable about the policies I was inquiring about. “Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.
He has explained changes it in the Insurance world that I have asked questions about, thoroughly. He has held in person appointments.

“I had a complicated, multi-state transaction. I spoke to 3 other auto tag companies before Jacoby's and got 3 different half-answers. Then I spoke to Rich. He walked me through the process, explained each step, and told me what I needed to do. At that point I felt confident that I was dealing with the right people. When I got to Jacoby's, I dealt with Karen (I think that was her name), who was both knowledgeable and a lovely person. She was able get us in and out in 20 minutes, which considering everything we had to do, was remarkable. The folks at Jacoby's are pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I won't go to anyone else.”
