“Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.

“I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.”
