To close early by 10-20 minutes is okay. But we showed up at 5 PM sharp (1 hour before closing) and the store had closed with no explanation. Fairly terrible business practice if you ask me.

I loveeeee this shop! They will be honest with you, which is a rare quality these days. If you're ever on a budget and have to choose one or two pieces they will tell you which ones look flattering on you, versus other shops where they will try to pressure you into buying something you're a little iffy about. The clothes are just gorgeous on, so while it's a bit of a splurge, these are clothes you will be definitely happy you purchased. The brand cupcakes and cashmere and Bailey 44 are so unbelievably flattering, I just have to stop in and see what new items they have! Also, every single person who works here has been friendly, helpful, and gives you 100 percent attention. The customer service alone will always keep me coming back!

The AMAZING team at Free Shop curated a selection of jewelry for my bridal party the day of and hand wrapped with such loving detail. Their pieces are stunning and their customer service was incredible!! I am so grateful to have this boutique close to home!

Normally I don't give a store one star but since after walking out the door it made me feel like complete s**** I am a size 8 and a medium in shirts and shorts. I went here because they have super cute clothes in the store front. After trying a size LARGE on and it not being able to zip up I was a little disappointed. The girl was nice but there was only one dress that fit me and it was $120. The cute two pieces were super small and the girl even said they were. I don't understand how a store can sell these clothes. Both employees where around the same size maybe one bigger they were really nice but I just felt super shitty when trying the clothes on.

I love shopping at the Free Shop. The owner has such a great eye for fashion and provides honest helpful advice, and suggestions. Great Jeans: What I most appreciate about Free Shop is the designer jeans selection. Want a pair of fabulous jeans but don't want to drive to KOP... come here. Most of the clothes I have purchased here can work for the office and can be dressed down for more casual occasions.

The best store around - half of my wardrobe is now from the Free Shop because the pieces Maura sells are quality, stylish and just SO special. As a matter of fact, as I type this, my pants, shirt and necklace are Free Shop! Awesome sales, too!

I went into this store to buy my niece a Christmas​ gift, there was a beautiful blouse in the window. She's a small size (8). I'm not. All I asked the sales person was what sizes does this boutique carry. She looked me up and down with an additude. She said "we don't have your size." I'm a 12/14. My husband was with me. The lady wasn't very nice so I didn't bother, I took my money somewhere else. The store is nice and clean, but the service needs assistance with courtesy and kindness. Coustomer service is important. I live in the area, so I pass this store everyday. I've explained my experience to some of my clients, friends and family.
