CVS 7000 butler bike Ambler known to the neighborhood as "Broadaxe" has a great pharmacy. Bill who has been there about 8 months does an amazing job which makes my whole family extremely happy. In the past we dealt with long lines and inventory lacking but no more as Bill does has and continues to make the experience pleasant.

The only thing that was good at this CVS was that I found exactly what I needed quickly. The staff on the other hand, was not very professional. My cashier first (without even offering the rewards program) just asked for my name and information. After I kept insisting I wouldn’t like to sign up, the cashier repeated herself, saying I “needed to get the great deals”. Because I was in a rush, I stopped arguing with her and signed up. Such an annoying experience because my process could’ve been so much quicker but because of this cashier it took way longer than I wanted.

The pharmacists are fantastic people and are always super friendly and helpful, so this is not at all a knock on them. But this particular CVS frequently doesn’t have medications I need in stock. Three times recently, I’ve had prescriptions sent here only to receive a text that the medication is out of stock. This isn’t some super wildly popular overly-prescribed misused medication like type 2 diabetes shots being used for vanity weight loss leaving nothing for actual diabetics. These are regular meds. On a different note, we went into the store the Saturday morning before Father’s Day and one poor woman was working there all alone. Even the store manager did not show up to help her. This poor woman was getting pulled in every direction trying to serve every customer while performing other tasks such as emptying the trash and stocking shelves, ALL BY HERSELF. She was nearly moved to tears when the customers expressed our understanding, acknowledgement and appreciation for her efforts after all the stressful work she did. CVS has a real gem in L (only using initial for privacy) and I hope they realize it. Good workers willing to pick up the slack of less motivated workers are a rare find.

Super rude employee. I came in to deposit some cash and they looked at me super inconvenienced by my presence then she proceeded to just stare at me until I started staring right back at her that’s when she begrudgingly came to the quarter to deposit the cash and treated me like an idiot the entire time

The other CVS store at 929 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell messed up my Enfamil check and that manager told me there is nothing they can do, must be something wrong with Enfamil and asked me to leave and call manufacturer. Then I stopped by this store right after just trying to find out if all the Enfamil checks I just received are voided. It turns out everything was fine, nothing was wrong with Enfamil and the manager at this store was so nice to give me some store credit for apologize for another store managers mistake!

I would have given 5 stars if the store would do something about the exterior "window box" features. The vinyl graphics have lost adhesion and are crumpled up inside the windo boxes. It just looks bad and doesn't seem to uphold the CVS brand. I'm giving your store 4 stars purely on the friendly and helpful employees. Please do something about the exterior of your store. It would look better with nothing in the window boxes rather than wadded up fallen vinyl.

Has any business in the history of businesses been as bad as CVS? Everything about them is terrible.Robots instead of cashiers, dismal settings, no one to help you. Walgreens is 10000 time better

Did not catch her name but i just wanted to say to the blonde haired woman working today at around 11AM: thank you! I was having a horrible day but you were beyond helpful. It genuinely turned my day around.

Absolutely absurd.I walk in hoping to get a rapid test for my sick fiancé. The sign at the pharmacy says we are out of stock much like the 10 pharmacies I tried. When a lady next to me who’s talking to an employee says she needs 6. Employee walks in the back and hands her 6 boxes. I ask if there is anymore available and am told they are for employees only and there aren’t any left. Well there’s 6 boxes in this girls arms and I’m sure I can find them on Facebook marketplace later. What a joke. Even if for employees which wouldn’t result in you sending 6 boxes out with someone. You couldn’t have thrown me 1? Disgusting. The cold quick reaction of telling a customer you are sold out while this lady has 6 in her arms. Really? Absolutely disgusting. CVS has lost my business for life.

Very unprofessional. Booked COVID vaccine, received 10 emails and messages confirmation to find out Pharmacy was closed. No information given and staff in store was very rude about it

I find it extremely unprofessional when businesses close their doors before their listed closing hour. I stopped tonight to grab my pickup order that I was told was ready. I walked up at 9:53 to locked doors and no one around. Don’t advertise you are open until 10:00pm if it’s actually 9:50pm. I’ve worked retail before and we were never allowed to lock doors until actual closing time. Some people work late and rely on being able to show up at these times to grab something quick, I would have been only a minute.
