Nice inside. So, I haven’t had my feet done in a while that being said I was looking for a nice scrubbing of my heels. That’s why I choose the spa treatment but, nope I paid extra for nothing my heels are the same as when I came in and I could have done this myself at home for free. I do regret coming here since there is absolutely no difference. Also I got a French and the lines on my French that I paid an extra 5 for are uneven.
Other than the inside I did like a that is quite no phone usage.

Came here for the first time with my sister today and they are AMAZING. My nails are beautiful and you get a nice little massage while your nails dry. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!

I regularly get manicures and pedicures and never been disappointed. I do not go to socialize; I like the quiet atmosphere as I find it quite relaxing. All technicians are friendly and talented. I highly recommend Crystal Nails in Maple Glen.

i went in to get my nails fixed because they made them way to short, and they proceeded to tell me that it’s not there problem and they can’t do anything about it when they told me on the phone that they would fix my nails. overall very rude and don’t recommend going. never ever going back.

I’ve never had a bad experience and I go to different techs all the time. They don’t talk much to you at all but I don’t mind the quiet and I can relax. I love the way they don’t make your powder nails so thick. they look more natural. I also go in all the time with no appointment and out of probably 25 times I had to leave and come back once. They also do my waxing which sometimes I’m not happy with but nothing too bad. I prefer Lynn for my eyebrows. Overall they do a great job!Services: Nail extensions

This was my second time here. First time was okay and only stopped again because it was on my way home. Thinking it might be better.The first time I got a pedicure and they gave me a menu card I said regular pedicure. Okay nothing special lady was rough with the cuticles. Barley massaged the legs.This time I said oh I will go the happy pedicure. Comes with a longer massage and callus remover.Well I got the massage after saying you can press a little harder but a quick job and no extra work on the callouses.Then they apply dip to my nails and they file or drill it all off. I will be lucky if they last.I will not be going back.Services: Pedicure

honestly, the worst nails and service i have ever received. the nail techs didn’t say a single word to me when i asked questions or anything. they rushed my gel manicure, filed my nails WAY too thin, causing 4 to break within the first 3 days. the gel polish started to lift the following day. the nails were so uneven and my cuticles were cut and i was bleeding on almost every nail. i’ve never had any issues like this, therefore the work was horrible. i would NOT recommend and i definitely will NOT be returning.

This was my first time with my cousin going to Crystal nails and spa. It will also be our last! I get my nails done quite often and pedicures my pedicure was just, stopped here early and yet paid extra for this. I broke six nails so I had four acrylic and gel left I asked them to give me something to remove the nails while my pedicure was being done so it would take less time to get a new faucet. Obviously I ended up leaving after the pedicure and will return to my regular nail salon who is closed today on Monday. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're going to work in a place that waits on clients exclusively you should speak some English or just not ignore us

I have been coming here for almost over 10 years now. I have been to multiple places in different states and none compare to here. The staff is WONDERFUL and the owners are great. The best manicure and pedicure around for a great price. Ill never go anywhere else!
