I have been a member at Kanna for about 2 years, and it has been both an absolutely amazing gym and community. The coaching staff are always helpful and engaging. Joined in March 2024 and after a few months of consistent work I can honestly say I love going there! The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. They really mean it when they say all are welcomed. I had no experience with lifting and going to a gym bit they keep me motivated and I'm comfortable enough to push myself further.
