What a great, old fashioned, neighborhood toy store! Their Santa set up was so sweet too. I definitely turned into a kid again getting excited over the 80s toy remakes from my childhood. I predict coming back often.

Great train store and close to home! The owner was awesome and the prices were very good. You tell he was into trains because he took the time to help me. Also, the toy section was great. My little girls checked out the toys while I looked at the trains, perfect!

Bussingers Train Store is a really great model railroading store in Ambler Pa. I have built European N scale layouts for many years and have always had a problem finding someone locally who really knows what they are doing to do repairs that I cannot do. Al Feather (Bussinger store manager) has done fantastic work in repairing numerous Minitrix and Fleischman n scale locomotives I left with him at fair and reasonable prices. He also does DCC installations and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of model railroading and is a great source for information.

Came in to check out the model train layouts and picked up a few nostalgic toys including a balsa wood airplane! Good selection of trains, terrain, and scenery for various scale setups as well as wooden kids trains. Also games and new trending toys too!

Bussinger had the difficult item I've been searching for over six months and at a good discounted price! I definitely will check their inventory for items I need to find in the future! Good service and fast shipping well packaged!

Purchased online from Bussinger and it was okay. Went into the store for the first time and the gentleman working was somewhat rude and condescending. Explained I was just browsing, and he asked what scale I modeled. I answered, and he proceeded to talk to the person I was with and to me as though we were clueless. Too small an in-store selection to be worth a visit. Won't be returning.

Very disappointed in the service. Called on Sunday Nov 28 for repair told them another shop said it wouldn’t be back before Christmas so I didn’t bring it there. This is a train I put up annually for my 4 year old at Christmas time. Bussinger said they could have it back before Christmas as long as there were no parts that needed to be ordered. Brought train in for repair same day, was told 1-2 weeks if didn’t need backordered parts by both man and woman working that day and to call that Friday, they should know by then if it needs parts. Called following Friday, they tell me 6-8 weeks around this time of year and they haven’t looked at train yet. 2 weeks later they haven’t even had their repair guy look at it, continually tell me they’ll call back and then don’t. Huge attitude when I call in asking if it’s been looked at. Horrible service!

Had trouble getting a Lionel operating track figured out, they were able to get it working for me. Great customer service. First time shopping there as I’m new to the hobby. I will be back many times in the future.
